I will turn my face away from the people, and robbers will desecrate the place I treasure. They will enter it and will defile it.

他們自言自語：「上帝忘記了，祂掩面不理這些事！」

列國必知道以色列人被擄走是因為他們犯罪背叛我，以致我掩面不顧他們，把他們交在敵人手中，讓他們喪身刀下。我照他們的污穢和罪惡報應他們，掩面不顧他們。』

耶和華啊，這一切你都看見了，求你不要再緘默，不要遠離我。

上帝啊，仇敵嘲笑你的名要到何時呢？他們要永無休止地辱罵你嗎？你為何不伸出大能的右手？求你出手給他們致命的一擊。
