“ You, son of man, the Lord Yahweh says to the land of Israel,‘ An end! The end has come on the four corners of the land.

“我必使你們歡樂的節期變為悲哀的日子，把你們的歌聲都變為哀哭。我必使你們各人腰束麻帶，頭都剃光了；我必使你們悲哀，好像喪了獨生子，自始至終都是痛苦的。

耶和華說：“阿摩司，你看見甚麼？”我回答：“一籃夏天的果子。”他跟著對我說：“我民以色列的結局到了，我不再放過他們。

主耶和華這樣說：‘看哪，災禍，獨特的災禍，臨到了！終局到了，終局臨到了，它已經起來跟你作對。看哪，它臨到了！

敵人追蹤我們，使我們不敢在自己的街道上行走。我們的結局近了，我們的日子滿了；我們的結局已經到了。

我正在說預言的時候，比拿雅的兒子毘拉提死了。於是我臉伏在地，大聲呼叫，說：“哎，主耶和華啊！難道你要把以色列餘剩的人都盡行毀滅嗎？”

萬物的結局近了，所以你們要謹慎警醒地禱告。

現在終局已經臨到你了。我要發怒攻擊你，按著你的行為審判你，照著你一切可憎的事報應你。

“人子啊！你要面向耶路撒冷，向聖所發言，說預言攻擊以色列地，

神對挪亞說：“在我面前全人類的盡頭已經來到，因為地上由於他們的緣故滿了強暴。看哪，我要把他們和世界一起毀滅。

唯有堅忍到底的，必然得救。這天國的福音要傳遍天下，向萬民作見證，然後結局才來到。

說：‘我必掩面不顧他們，要看看他們的結局怎樣；因為他們是乖曲的一代，心裡沒有信實的人。

在神的異象中，他帶我到以色列地，把我安置在一座很高的山上；在山上的南面，有好像是一座城的建築物。

你這住在眾水旁，多有財寶的啊！你的結局到了，你被剪除的時刻到了。

她的污穢沾滿了衣裙；她從不思想自己的結局。所以她令人驚異地敗落了；沒有人安慰她。她說：“耶和華啊！求你看看我的苦難，因為仇敵顯為大。”

先知說假預言，祭司憑己意把持權柄。我的子民竟喜愛這樣，到了結局你們怎麼辦呢？”

你們要聽見戰爭，也聽見戰爭的風聲；你們要小心，不要驚慌，因為這是免不了的，不過結局還沒有到。

“人子啊！你們在以色列地怎麼有這一句俗語說：‘日子一天一天過去，所有異象都落空了’呢？
