耶和華問我：「阿摩司，你看見什麼？」我說：「我看見一籃夏天的果子。」祂說：「我以色列子民的結局到了，我不會再饒恕他們。

主耶和華說：「看啊，災禍來了，一場空前的災禍來了！結局到了，結局到了，你的結局到了！

敵人步步緊逼，使我們不敢上自己的街。我們的結局近了，我們的日子到頭了，我們的末日來了！

我正在說預言的時候，比拿雅的兒子毗拉提就死了。我便俯伏在地大喊：「唉，主耶和華啊，你要滅絕以色列的餘民嗎？」

萬物的盡頭快到了。因此，你們要謹慎自律，警醒禱告。

以色列，你的結局到了，我的怒氣必傾倒在你身上，我必按你的行為審判你，照你的一切惡行報應你。

「人子啊，你要面向耶路撒冷，說預言斥責以色列和聖所，

祂對挪亞說：「世人惡貫滿盈，他們的結局到了。我要把他們跟大地一起毀滅。

但堅忍到底的必定得救。這天國的福音將傳遍天下，讓萬民都聽見，然後末日才會來臨。

說，『這墮落的子民，不忠的兒女！我要掩面不理他們，看他們的結局如何。

在異象中上帝把我帶到以色列的一座高山上，山的南面彷彿有一座城。

住在河邊、擁有財寶的巴比倫人啊，你們的結局到了，你們的末日來了。」

她的裙子沾滿污穢，她未曾想過自己的結局。她的敗落無比淒慘，無人安慰。她哭喊道：「耶和華啊，仇敵已經獲勝，求你垂顧我的苦難！」

他拆毀祭壇和亞舍拉神像，把偶像磨成粉末，砍掉以色列境內所有的香壇，然後回到耶路撒冷。

就是先知說假預言，祭司濫用權力，我的子民卻以此為樂。但當最後的結局來臨時，他們還能做什麼呢？

你們聽見戰爭爆發、戰訊頻傳時，不要驚慌，因為這些事必然發生，只是末日還沒有到。
