逃遁得脫者、流離山間、各為己罪哀號、如谷中之鴿哀鳴、

The fugitives who escape will flee to the mountains. Like doves of the valleys, they will all moan, each for their own sins.

All those who escape and are left alive will run to the mountains. They will sound like doves of the valley when they cry over their sins.

And if any survivors escape, they will be on the mountains, like doves of the valleys, all of them moaning, each one over his iniquity.

The survivors who escape to the mountains will moan like doves, weeping for their sins.

以色列的上帝耶和華啊，你是公義的，所以我們這些餘民今天才得以倖存。看啊，我們在你面前身負罪惡，因而無人能在你面前站立得住。」

「我像燕、鶴一樣哀鳴，像鴿子一樣呻吟；我舉目望天，雙眼疲倦。耶和華啊！我困苦不堪，求你保護我。

我們像熊一樣咆哮，如鴿子一般哀鳴。我們渴望正義，卻得不到；渴望得到拯救，卻遙不可及。

猶大的倖存者要再次向下扎根，向上結果。

「『不過，我必為你們留下一些人，使他們脫離刀劍之災，四散到各國。他們必在被擄的異地想起我怎樣為他們憂傷，因為他們背叛我，心中淫亂，眼中戀慕與偶像苟合。他們必因自己的一切邪惡行為而厭惡自己。

刀下餘生、從埃及返回猶大的人必寥寥無幾。那時，你們這些去埃及住的猶大人必知道誰的話會實現，是我的還是你們的。

那時，你們便會想起自己邪惡的行徑，並因自己的罪惡和可憎行為而厭惡自己。

我必引領他們回來，他們必一路含淚禱告。我要使他們走在溪水邊，行在平坦的路上，他們必不會跌倒，因為我是以色列的父親，以法蓮是我的長子。

那些去埃及住的猶大餘民沒有幾個能活著從埃及返回他們渴望的故鄉。』」

我聽見以法蓮在為自己悲歎，『我們就像未經馴服的牛犢，你管教我們，使我們順服，求你使我們回到你身邊，重新復興，因為你是我們的上帝耶和華。我們曾經離開你，但我們後悔了；我們醒悟之後捶胸頓足，痛悔不已，因早年的所作所為而羞愧難當。』」

臨終之時，肉體衰殘，你必呻吟不止，說：「我為何厭惡教誨，心裡藐視責備！不聽從老師的話，不側耳聽導師之言。在眾人面前，我幾乎身敗名裂。」

「我必將施恩和禱告的靈澆灌在大衛家和耶路撒冷的居民身上。他們必仰望我——他們所刺的那位，如喪獨子一般為祂哀傷，如喪長子一般為祂痛哭。到那天，耶路撒冷必一片哀聲，猶如米吉多平原的哈達臨門的哀聲。境內家家戶戶都必哀哭。大衛家的男子在一處，女子在一處；拿單家的男子在一處，女子在一處；利未家的男子在一處，女子在一處；示每家的男子在一處，女子在一處。其餘各家也都哀哭，男女分開。

若不是萬軍之耶和華讓我們一些人存活，我們早就像所多瑪和蛾摩拉一樣滅亡了。

耶和華說：「那時，以色列人要與猶大人一同哭著來尋求他們的上帝耶和華。他們必打聽前往錫安的路，朝錫安走去。他們必憑不會被遺忘的永恆之約歸附耶和華。
