「他們已經吹角，預備齊全，卻無一人出戰，因為我的烈怒臨到他們眾人身上。

『他們直吹號角，準備一切，卻沒有人去赴戰，因為我的烈怒已臨到所有的蜂擁羣眾。

彼已吹角、妥備諸事、而無人臨陳、蓋我震怒及於斯眾也、

我既怒斯眾、雖吹角使戰、無人臨陣、

彼雖吹角、預備已全、已全或作以戰而無人出戰、因我怒及其眾、

“‘ They have blown the trumpet, they have made all things ready, but no one will go into battle, for my wrath is on the whole crowd.

They have blown trumpets. They have made everything ready. But no one will go into battle. I will soon pour out my great anger on the whole crowd.

“ They have blown the trumpet and made everything ready, but none goes to battle, for my wrath is upon all their multitude.

“ The trumpet calls Israel’s army to mobilize, but no one listens, for my fury is against them all.

你們當傳揚在猶大，宣告在耶路撒冷說：你們當在國中吹角，高聲呼叫說：你們當聚集！我們好進入堅固城！

強暴興起，成了罰惡的杖。以色列人，或是他們的羣眾，或是他們的財寶，無一存留；他們中間也沒有得尊榮的。時候到了，日子近了，買主不可歡喜，賣主不可愁煩，因為烈怒已經臨到他們眾人身上。

所以主耶和華如此說：「看哪，我必將我的怒氣和忿怒傾在這地方的人和牲畜身上，並田野的樹木和地裏的出產上，必如火着起，不能熄滅。」

因此我被耶和華的忿怒充滿，難以含忍。我要傾在街中的孩童和聚會的少年人身上，連夫帶妻，並年老的與日子滿足的都必被擒拿。

要在境內豎立大旗，在各國中吹角，使列國預備攻擊巴比倫，將亞拉臘、米尼、亞實基拿各國招來攻擊她；又派軍長來攻擊她，使馬匹上來如螞蚱，

便雅憫人哪，你們要逃出耶路撒冷，在提哥亞吹角，在伯‧哈基琳立號旗；因為有災禍與大毀滅從北方張望。

看哪，耶和華使地空虛，變為荒涼；又翻轉大地，將居民分散。那時百姓怎樣，祭司也怎樣；僕人怎樣，主人也怎樣；婢女怎樣，主母也怎樣；買物的怎樣，賣物的也怎樣；放債的怎樣，借債的也怎樣；取利的怎樣，出利的也怎樣。地必全然空虛，盡都荒涼；因為這話是耶和華說的。地上悲哀衰殘，世界敗落衰殘；地上居高位的人也敗落了。地被其上的居民污穢；因為他們犯了律法，廢了律例，背了永約。所以，地被咒詛吞滅；住在其上的顯為有罪。地上的居民被火焚燒，剩下的人稀少。新酒悲哀，葡萄樹衰殘；心中歡樂的俱都歎息。

滅命的都來到曠野中一切淨光的高處；耶和華的刀從地這邊直到地那邊盡行殺滅。凡有血氣的都不得平安。
