“‘他们吹了号角，准备了一切，却没有人出去作战；因为我的烈怒要临到众人身上。

彼已吹角、妥備諸事、而無人臨陳、蓋我震怒及於斯眾也、

我既怒斯眾、雖吹角使戰、無人臨陣、

彼雖吹角、預備已全、已全或作以戰而無人出戰、因我怒及其眾、

“‘ They have blown the trumpet, they have made all things ready, but no one will go into battle, for my wrath is on the whole crowd.

They have blown trumpets. They have made everything ready. But no one will go into battle. I will soon pour out my great anger on the whole crowd.

“ They have blown the trumpet and made everything ready, but none goes to battle, for my wrath is upon all their multitude.

“ The trumpet calls Israel’s army to mobilize, but no one listens, for my fury is against them all.

“你们应当在犹大宣告，在耶路撒冷传扬，说：‘要在境内吹号。’高声呼叫，说：‘你们要集合起来，我们要进到坚固的城里去！’

强暴兴起，成了惩罚邪恶的杖，他们无一存留，他们的群众都不在了。他们的财富没有了，他们中间也没有尊荣。时候到了，日子近了，买的不必欢喜，卖的不用忧愁；因为烈怒要临到众人身上。

因此，主耶和华这样说：“看哪！我的怒气和忿怒，必倒在这地方，也必倒在人口、牲畜、田野的树木和地的出产上；怒火烧起，不能熄灭。”

因此，我心里充满耶和华的忿怒，无法容忍。“你要把我的忿怒向街上的孩童倾倒，又倾在联群集结的年轻人身上。夫妻一起被捉住，年老的、寿高的也不例外。

“你们要在地上竖起旗帜，在列国中吹号角，使列国作好准备攻击巴比伦，把亚拉腊、米尼、亚实基拿等国召来攻击她，又指派元帅来攻击她，使马匹像蝗虫汹涌上来。

“便雅悯人哪！赶快逃命，离开耶路撒冷。你们要在提哥亚吹角，在伯．哈基琳升烽火；因为灾祸和严重的毁灭，已从北方迫近。

看哪！耶和华使大地空虚，变为荒凉；他必翻转地面，使地上的居民四散。人民和祭司，仆人和主人，婢女和主母，购买的和贩卖的，借给人和向人借的，放债的和借债的，全都一样被分散。大地必完全倒空，被劫掠净尽，这话是耶和华说的。大地悲哀衰残，世界零落衰残，地上居高位的人也衰败了。大地被其上的居民玷污，因为他们犯了律法，违了律例，背了永远的约。因此，大地被咒诅吞灭，地上的居民要承担惩罚。因此，地上的居民被焚烧，剩下的人很少。新酒悲哀，葡萄树衰残，心中欢乐的，变为叹息。

在旷野一切光秃的高冈上，行毁灭的已经来到了；因为耶和华的刀。从地这边直到地那边，要吞灭一切；人人都没有平安。
