傾爾祭壇、毀爾偶像、殺以色列族、偶像之前、尸相枕藉、祭壇四周、骨骸散棄、

你们的祭坛必然荒凉，你们的日像必被打碎。我要使你们被杀的人倒在你们的偶像面前；

Your altars will be demolished and your incense altars will be smashed; and I will slay your people in front of your idols.

在猶大諸邑、廢崇坵、毀日像、國享平康。

爾造日象、築崇邱、我必毀之、棄爾尸骸、以及偶像、共相枕藉、我中心憾爾、

指壇而呼曰、嗟乎此壇、耶和華有命云、大闢之家必挺生一子、名約西亞、取崇邱之祭司、焚香於是壇者、獻於壇上、亦取死者之骨、焚於此壇。

爰在高岡之巔、茂林之下、祭壇之側、昔焚香祭偶之所、惟見尸骸與偶像、共相枕藉、以是可知我乃耶和華、

耶和華又曰、當是時、人將發猶大王公、祭司先知、與耶路撒冷居民之塚、而暴其骨。昔彼悅事、俯伏祈禱、天上日月、今其骨為三光所暴、人不拾而瘞之。視若糞壤。

約西亞回視山旁之墓、遣人取其骨、焚於祭壇以污之、應上帝僕奉耶和華所宣之言。約西亞見碑、問曰、斯何碑也。邑人曰、昔上帝之僕、自猶大而來、預言爾所行於伯特利壇之事、斯其墓也。王曰、毋遷其骨、遂弗遷。撒馬利亞先知之骨亦弗遷。昔以色列列王、在撒馬利亞諸邑、作崇坵之室、干耶和華震怒、約西亞毀之、無異於伯特利所行、在壇殺崇坵之祭司、焚人骨於上、後歸耶路撒冷。

毀其像、斫其偶、以骸骨充其所。

王使人毀巴力壇、日像高懸於側、王斫之、伐林木、擣偶像成粉、揚於祭偶者之塚。昔有祭司、獻祭於斯壇、王焚其骨於上、於是猶大國、耶路撒冷邑成潔。

埃及地伯示麥邑之偶像則毀之、埃及人上帝之殿則焚之。
