I will send famine and wild beasts against you, and they will leave you childless. Plague and bloodshed will sweep through you, and I will bring the sword against you. I the Lord have spoken.”

I will send hunger and wild animals against you. They will destroy all your children. Plague and murder will sweep over you. And I will send swords to kill you. I have spoken. I am the Lord.”

I will send famine and wild beasts against you, and they will rob you of your children. Pestilence and blood shall pass through you, and I will bring the sword upon you. I am the Lord; I have spoken.”

And along with the famine, wild animals will attack you and rob you of your children. Disease and war will stalk your land, and I will bring the sword of the enemy against you. I, the Lord, have spoken!”

你要告訴他們，主耶和華這樣說，『我憑我的永恆起誓，那些住在廢墟中的必死於刀下，逃到田野的必被野獸吞吃，躲進堡壘和洞穴的必死於瘟疫。

我要使尼羅河乾涸，把土地賣給惡人，我要藉外族人的手使地和地上的一切都荒廢，這是我耶和華說的。』

這些人要用石頭打死她們，用刀殺戮她們和她們的兒女，用火燒毀她們的房屋。

你們三分之一的人要死於饑荒瘟疫，三分之一的人要死於刀下，我必把其餘的三分之一分散到各地各方，並拔刀追殺他們。這樣，我對你們的怒氣才會發完，我才會息怒。我把烈怒傾倒在你們身上的時候，你們就會知道我耶和華的話是出於痛恨不貞。

你們必被當作柴焚燒，你們的血必流在自己的土地上，無人再記得你們。因為這是我耶和華說的。』」

當我在氣憤和烈怒中嚴厲地審判你們時，你們在各國必受羞辱和嘲諷，成為警戒，下場可怕。這是我耶和華說的。

「『我要跟他們立平安的約，除去地上的惡獸，讓他們在曠野安居，在叢林安睡。我要賜福他們，也要賜福我聖山的周圍，我要按季節降雨給他們，使恩福如雨降下。田間的樹木必結果子，土地必長出莊稼，他們要在故鄉安居。我要折斷他們所負的軛，從奴役他們的人手中把他們拯救出來，他們便知道我是耶和華。他們必不再成為列國的獵物，也不會被地上的野獸吞吃。他們必安居樂業，不再受人驚嚇。

「我要讓他們遭受四種禍患——刀殺、狗撕、鳥啄、獸吞。這是耶和華說的。

他所有的精兵都要喪身刀下，餘下的也要四散逃竄。這樣，你們就知道這是我耶和華說的。

告訴以色列，耶和華這樣說，『我要與你為敵，我要拔刀將你那裡的義人和惡人一同消滅，

遠處的必死於瘟疫，近處的必喪身刀下，其餘的必死於饑荒。我必把烈怒傾倒在他們身上。

我不會在一年之內把這些人全部趕走，免得土地荒涼，野獸肆虐。

我要把我的靈放在你們裡面，叫你們復活，安居在自己的土地上，那時你們就知道我耶和華言出必行。這是耶和華說的。』」

天地都要過去，但我的話永遠長存。

我要使你成為光禿禿的磐石，做曬網的地方，你必不得重建，因為我耶和華已經宣告。這是主耶和華說的。』

倘若我叫瘟疫在那裡肆虐，發烈怒毀滅那裡的人和牲畜，

田野所有的樹都會知道我耶和華使高樹倒下、矮樹長高、青樹枯萎、枯樹發榮。我耶和華言出必行。』」
