他又對我說：“這水要向東方的地區流出去，下到亞拉巴，流入死海。這水流入死海，就使海裡的水變淡（“變淡”原文作“得醫治”）。

他对我说：“这水往东方流去，必下到亚拉巴，直到海。所发出来的水必流入盐海，使水变甜。

他对我说：“这水往东方流，下到亚拉巴，直到海。所流出来的水，一入海就使水变淡。

他对我说：“这水向东流，经过亚拉巴流到盐海，使那里的咸水变为淡水。

他又对我说：“这水要向东方的地区流出去，下到亚拉巴，流入死海。这水流入死海，就使海里的水变淡（“变淡”原文作“得医治”）。

他對我說：『這些水向東方一帶地區流出，必下到亞拉巴，來到鹽海；所發出的水既流入鹽海，那水就得治好而無鹹味了。

其人謂我曰、此水流於東方、下至亞拉巴、而入於海、既入於海、海水變甘、

其人告我云、此水流至東方、過野入海、海為之甘、

其人告我曰、此水流往東境、下至曠野、曠野或作亞拉巴入鹽海、水自殿出、一入鹽海、水即變甘、

He said to me,“ This water flows toward the eastern region and goes down into the Arabah, where it enters the Dead Sea. When it empties into the sea, the salty water there becomes fresh.

The man said to me,“ This water flows toward the eastern territory. It goes down into the Arabah Valley. There it enters the Dead Sea. When it empties into it, the salt water there becomes fresh.

And he said to me,“ This water flows toward the eastern region and goes down into the Arabah, and enters the sea; when the water flows into the sea, the water will become fresh.

Then he said to me,“ This river flows east through the desert into the valley of the Dead Sea. The waters of this stream will make the salty waters of the Dead Sea fresh and pure.

He said to me,“ This water flows out to the eastern region and goes down to the Arabah. When it enters the sea, the sea of foul water, the water of the sea becomes fresh.

Then he said to me,“ These waters go out toward the eastern region and go down into the Arabah; then they go toward the sea, being made to flow into the sea, and the waters of the sea become fresh.

Then he said to me:“ This water flows toward the eastern region, goes down into the valley, and enters the sea. When it reaches the sea, its waters are healed.

Then said he unto me, These waters issue forth toward the eastern region, and shall go down into the Arabah; and they shall go toward the sea; into the sea shall the waters go which were made to issue forth; and the waters shall be healed.

He said to me,“ This water flows out to the eastern region and goes down to the Arabah. When it enters the sea, the sea of foul water, the water of the sea becomes fresh.

Then said he unto me, These waters issue out toward the east country, and go down into the desert, and go into the sea:[ which being] brought forth into the sea, the waters shall be healed.

He said to me,“ These waters go out toward the eastern region and flow down into the Arabah; when they enter the Dead Sea, where the sea is stagnant, the waters become fresh.

Then he said to me,“ These waters flow out toward the eastern region, and will go down into the Arabah. Then they will go toward the sea; and flow into the sea which will be made to flow out; and the waters will be healed.

水就停住了，那從上游流下來的水立起成壘，在很遠的地方，就是在撒拉但旁邊的亞當城那裡停住；那往下流入亞拉巴海，就是鹽海的水完全被截斷；於是人民就在耶利哥的對面過了河。

又把亞拉巴，和以約旦河為界，從基尼烈直到亞拉巴海，就是鹽海，在毗斯迦山坡下東邊的地方，都給了他們。

那城的人對以利沙說：“請看這城的地勢很好，老師你也看見，可惜水惡劣，以致此地沒有出產。”以利沙說：“給我拿一個新碗來，裡面要盛點鹽。”他們就把碗拿給他。他就出去到水源那裡，把鹽倒在那裡，然後說：“耶和華這樣說：‘我已經醫好了這水，從此不再有人死亡，地也不再沒有出產了。’”那水果然治好了，直到今日，正如以利沙所說的話。

因為我要把水澆灌乾渴之處，把河水澆灌乾旱之地；我必把我的靈澆灌你的後裔，把我的福降給你的子孫。他們要從草中生長起來，像溪水旁的柳樹。這個必說：‘我是屬耶和華的’；那個也必以雅各的名稱呼自己；另一個必親手寫上‘我是屬耶和華的’，並且要以以色列的名字替自己命名。”

困苦和貧窮的人尋求水，卻沒有水；他們的舌頭因口渴而乾燥；我耶和華必應允他們，我以色列的神必不離棄他們。我要在光禿的高處開闢江河，在山谷之間開闢泉源；我要使曠野變為水池，使乾地變成水泉。我要在曠野種上香柏樹、皂莢樹、番石榴樹和野橄欖樹；我要在沙漠中栽種松樹、杉樹和黃楊樹，

野地的走獸必尊重我，野狗和鴕鳥也必這樣，因為我使曠野有水，使荒地有江河，好使我揀選的子民有水喝，

還有約旦河東的亞拉巴全地，直到亞拉巴海，就是毗斯迦的山坡下。

灼熱的沙地必變為水池，乾旱之地必變成泉源；在野狗的住處，就是牠們躺臥之處，必成為青草、蘆葦和蒲草生長的地方。

我引導他們的時候，他們必哭著而來，並且向我乞恩懇求。我要使他們走在溪水旁，行在平直的路上，他們必不會絆跌；因為我是以色列的父親，以法蓮是我的長子。

因為這人民的心思遲鈍，用不靈的耳朵去聽，又閉上了眼睛；免得自己眼睛看見，耳朵聽見，心裡明白，回轉過來，我就醫好他們。’

豺狼必與綿羊羔同住，豹子要與山羊羔同臥，牛犢、幼獅和肥畜必同群；小孩子要牽引牠們。牛必與母熊一同吃食，牛犢必與小熊一起躺臥；獅子就像牛一般吃草。吃奶的嬰兒必在虺蛇的洞口玩耍，斷奶的孩子必放他的手在毒蛇的穴上。在我整個聖山上面，這一切都不行傷害或毀滅之事；因為認識耶和華的知識要充滿大地，好像海水覆蓋海洋一般。

對那些被囚的說：‘你們出來吧！’對那些在黑暗中的人說：‘你們現身吧！’他們沿途必得餵養，一切光禿的高處必成為他們的草場。

萬軍之耶和華說：“從日出到日落的地方，我的名在列國中為大；在各處都有人向我的名燒香，獻上潔淨的禮物，因為我的名在列國中為大。”

曠野和乾旱之地必歡喜；沙漠要快樂，又像番紅花一般開花，
