It shall be that fishermen will stand by it from En Gedi to En Eglaim; they will be places for spreading their nets. Their fish will be of the same kinds as the fish of the Great Sea, exceedingly many.

Fishermen will stand along the shore; from En Gedi to En Eglaim there will be places for spreading nets. The fish will be of many kinds— like the fish of the Mediterranean Sea.

People will stand along the shore to fish. From En Gedi all the way to En Eglaim there will be places for spreading fishnets. The Dead Sea will have many kinds of fish. They will be like the fish in the Mediterranean Sea.

Fishermen will stand beside the sea. From Engedi to Eneglaim it will be a place for the spreading of nets. Its fish will be of very many kinds, like the fish of the Great Sea.

Fishermen will stand along the shores of the Dead Sea. All the way from En gedi to En eglaim, the shores will be covered with nets drying in the sun. Fish of every kind will fill the Dead Sea, just as they fill the Mediterranean.

Fishermen will stand beside it from En-gedi to En-eglaim. These will become places where nets are spread out to dry. Their fish will consist of many different kinds, like the fish of the Mediterranean Sea.

And it will come about that fishermen will stand beside it; from Engedi to Eneglaim there will be a place for the spreading of nets. Their fish will be according to their kinds, like the fish of the Great Sea, very many.

And it shall come to pass, that fishers shall stand by it: from En- gedi even unto En- eglaim shall be a place for the spreading of nets; their fish shall be after their kinds, as the fish of the great sea, exceeding many.

This great and wide sea, In which are innumerable teeming things, Living things both small and great.

‘ As for the western border, you shall have the Great Sea for a border; this shall be your western border.

Then He said to them,“ Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men.”

“ This shall be the border of the land on the north: from the Great Sea, by the road to Hethlon, as one goes to Zedad,

by the border of Gad, on the south side, toward the South, the border shall be from Tamar to the waters of Meribah by Kadesh, along the brook to the Great Sea.

Then some came and told Jehoshaphat, saying,“ A great multitude is coming against you from beyond the sea, from Syria; and they are in Hazazon Tamar”( which is En Gedi).

When He had stopped speaking, He said to Simon,“ Launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.”But Simon answered and said to Him,“ Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless at Your word I will let down the net.”And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking.So they signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. And they came and filled both the boats, so that they began to sink.When Simon Peter saw it, he fell down at Jesus’ knees, saying,“ Depart from me, for I am a sinful man, O Lord!”For he and all who were with him were astonished at the catch of fish which they had taken;and so also were James and John, the sons of Zebedee, who were partners with Simon. And Jesus said to Simon,“ Do not be afraid. From now on you will catch men.”

The children you will have, After you have lost the others, Will say again in your ears,‘ The place is too small for me; Give me a place where I may dwell.’

It shall be a place for spreading nets in the midst of the sea, for I have spoken,’ says the Lord GOD;‘ it shall become plunder for the nations.

Then Jesus said to them,“ Follow Me, and I will make you become fishers of men.”

See, I have divided to you by lot these nations that remain, to be an inheritance for your tribes, from the Jordan, with all the nations that I have cut off, as far as the Great Sea westward.

“ Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a dragnet that was cast into the sea and gathered some of every kind,which, when it was full, they drew to shore; and they sat down and gathered the good into vessels, but threw the bad away.So it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come forth, separate the wicked from among the just,and cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth.”

Simon Peter said to them,“ I am going fishing.” They said to him,“ We are going with you also.” They went out and immediately got into the boat, and that night they caught nothing.But when the morning had now come, Jesus stood on the shore; yet the disciples did not know that it was Jesus.Then Jesus said to them,“ Children, have you any food?” They answered Him,“ No.”And He said to them,“ Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some.” So they cast, and now they were not able to draw it in because of the multitude of fish.Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter,“ It is the Lord!” Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he put on his outer garment( for he had removed it), and plunged into the sea.But the other disciples came in the little boat( for they were not far from land, but about two hundred cubits), dragging the net with fish.Then, as soon as they had come to land, they saw a fire of coals there, and fish laid on it, and bread.Jesus said to them,“ Bring some of the fish which you have just caught.”Simon Peter went up and dragged the net to land, full of large fish, one hundred and fifty-three; and although there were so many, the net was not broken.

Then David went up from there and dwelt in strongholds at En Gedi.

Surely these shall come from afar; Look! Those from the north and the west, And these from the land of Sinim.”
