The prince must not take any of the inheritance of the people, driving them off their property. He is to give his sons their inheritance out of his own property, so that not one of my people will be separated from their property.’”

以色列地有王畿、以餘地予以色列族、循其支派而分之、故君不侵牟民利、

邑中之牧伯若狼、行其殘害、肆其吞噬、以獲不義之利。

告之曰、耶和華云、汝豈非殺人而據其業乎。又云、犬舐拿泊之血於其處、亦必舐爾之血。

我曰、雅各之長者、以色列族之士師、宜聽我言、聽訟之理、非爾所當知乎、惟爾惡善好惡、剝人之皮、刳人之肉、惟餘骨骸、爾去我民之皮、而噬其肉、折其骨割之為臠、投之鼎鑊、

知人崇事耶和華之誠偽、不待目見耳聞、而是非悉辨、為困乏與謙遜之人聽訟、秉公行義、作惡者流、必遭箠楚、以辭氣滅之、

經云、其昇上、其擄敵、其頒賜與人、

將有王者、治國以義、群臣秉公、以理民事、狂風驟起、棲身巖穴、行於曠野、飲泉解渴、烈日炎熇、困憊不勝、得磐巖以憩息、君之保民亦若是、

大闢竭其心志、盡其慧思、訓導之、治理之兮。

猶大王約擔、亞哈士、希西家相繼在位時、摩哩沙人米迦奉耶和華命、言撒馬利亞、耶路撒冷之事、曰、斯土眾民、天下億兆、宜聽斯言、主耶和華自其聖殿、督責斯眾、

耶和華曰、時日將至、必使仁義者興、長若枝柯、繼大闢為王、秉公行義、亨通於天下、斯時猶大家獲救、以色列族安居、王之名曰、耶和華大施仁義、以拯我躬。

其昇上、其虜敵、以恩寵頒諸人、叛者歸附、亦錫以恩、耶和華上帝居其中兮

斯民偃息在床、猶謀不軌、迨至黎明、凡力可以勝、則無不為、其禍必不遠矣。彼貪人田廬、而強據之、人與第宅、及凡所有、俱遭暴虐、

爾以羊酪為飲、羊毛為衣、羊既肥腯、宰而烹之、其餘置之弗顧、弱者不扶持之、疾者不醫痊之、傷者不裹其痕、驅至遠方者、不復招集、迷於歧路者、不復追尋、乃待之以強暴、處之以殘忍、牧者不加眷顧、故羊星散、為野獸所吞噬。我羊迷於山岡、行於高巒、散於遍境、覓之者迄無一人、

荏弱之羊、爾肩摧之、角抵之、使之星散、

以正理鞫民、為貧民聽訟兮、王秉厥公、山崗興寶藏、億兆享平康兮、貧乏者流、王拯救之、豪強之輩、王糜爛之、

我賜之永生、終不沉淪、無能奪之於我手、
