The prince must not take any of the inheritance of the people, driving them off their property. He is to give his sons their inheritance out of his own property, so that not one of my people will be separated from their property.’”

如經云、彼升於高、攜所擄者、以諸恩頒賜與人、

將有一王以義治國、將有侯伯秉公平以行權、將有一人、如避狂風之所、避暴雨之處、如河流之水在旱地、如大磐之陰、在令人困憊之地、

彼存正直心以牧養之、以巧妙之手引導之、

猶大王約坦、亞哈斯、希西家相繼在位時、摩利沙人彌迦得默示、奉主命、述預言、論撒瑪利亞及耶路撒冷之事、曰、萬民歟、爾曹當聽、地與凡在其上者、爾其傾聽、主天主作證責爾、即主自其聖殿作證責爾、

主曰、時日將至、我必使大衛苗裔中興一義者、長若枝柯、為王而治、諸事亨通、秉公行義於天下、在彼之時、猶大得救、以色列安居、人必稱其名曰施義於我之主、人必稱其名日施義於我之主或作人必稱其名曰耶和華我儕之義也

主升高處、攜帶所擄者、受禮物於人、即於悖逆之人亦受、致自有之主天主、可居於其間、

偃息在床、謀惡圖邪、迨至黎明、有力能行即行之、斯人則有禍、貪田而奪之、貪宅而取之、待人以虐、待人以虐或作向人行強暴佔其室、據其業、

爾曹以羊脂脂或作乳為食、以羊毛為衣、肥者爾宰之、惟不牧其羊、弱者爾不強之、病者爾不醫之、傷者爾不裹之、被驅者爾不返之、迷亡者爾不尋之、惟待以強暴、以殘刻、緣無牧者則羊奔散、羊既奔散、為諸野獸所食、我羊迷於諸山及各高岡、散於徧地、尋之者覓之者無人、

因爾曹以脅以肩、擠擁其弱者、以角牴之、使之奔散於外、

彼必彼必或作願彼按公義判斷主之民、以平正判斷主民之窮困人、因施行公義、山岡必使民安享平康、邱陵亦必如此、必為民中困苦人伸冤、拯救貧窮之人、懲罰暴虐之輩、

我賜之以永生、永不淪亡、無能奪之於我手、
