君欲錫土於子、必取畿輔予之、勿逐民出其業、免我民失業而星散、○

君王欲以土賜子、必取畿輔之地、勿強奪民業、逐民出邑、使星散於四方、

君不可虐取民業、佔據民地、必以己地賜子為業、免我民各失其業而散、○

The prince must not take any of the inheritance of the people, driving them off their property. He is to give his sons their inheritance out of his own property, so that not one of my people will be separated from their property.’”

這地在以色列中必歸王為業。我所立的王必不再欺壓我的民，卻要按支派將地分給以色列家。

其中的首領彷彿豺狼抓撕掠物，殺人流血，傷害人命，要得不義之財。

你要對他說：『耶和華如此說：你殺了人，又得他的產業嗎？』又要對他說：『耶和華如此說：狗在何處舔拿伯的血，也必在何處舔你的血。』」

我說：雅各的首領，以色列家的官長啊，你們要聽！你們不當知道公平嗎？你們惡善好惡，從人身上剝皮，從人骨頭上剔肉，吃我民的肉，剝他們的皮，打折他們的骨頭，分成塊子像要下鍋，又像釜中的肉。

他必以敬畏耶和華為樂；行審判不憑眼見，斷是非也不憑耳聞；卻要以公義審判貧窮人，以正直判斷世上的謙卑人，以口中的杖擊打世界，以嘴裏的氣殺戮惡人。

所以經上說：他升上高天的時候，擄掠了仇敵，將各樣的恩賜賞給人。（

看哪，必有一王憑公義行政；必有首領藉公平掌權。必有一人像避風所和避暴雨的隱密處，又像河流在乾旱之地，像大磐石的影子在疲乏之地。

於是，他按心中的純正牧養他們，用手中的巧妙引導他們。

當猶大王約坦、亞哈斯、希西家在位的時候，摩利沙人彌迦得耶和華的默示，論撒馬利亞和耶路撒冷。萬民哪，你們都要聽！地和其上所有的，也都要側耳而聽！主耶和華從他的聖殿要見證你們的不是。

耶和華說：「日子將到，我要給大衛興起一個公義的苗裔；他必掌王權，行事有智慧，在地上施行公平和公義。在他的日子，猶大必得救，以色列也安然居住。他的名必稱為『耶和華－我們的義』。」

你已經升上高天，擄掠仇敵；你在人間，就是在悖逆的人間，受了供獻，叫耶和華神可以與他們同住。

禍哉，那些在牀上圖謀罪孽、造作奸惡的！天一發亮，因手有能力就行出來了。他們貪圖田地就佔據，貪圖房屋便奪取；他們欺壓人，霸佔房屋和產業。

你們吃脂油、穿羊毛、宰肥壯的，卻不牧養羣羊。瘦弱的，你們沒有養壯；有病的，你們沒有醫治；受傷的，你們沒有纏裹；被逐的，你們沒有領回；失喪的，你們沒有尋找；但用強暴嚴嚴地轄制。因無牧人，羊就分散；既分散，便作了一切野獸的食物。我的羊在諸山間、在各高岡上流離，在全地上分散，無人去尋，無人去找。

因為你們用脅用肩擁擠一切瘦弱的，又用角牴觸，以致使牠們四散。

他要按公義審判你的民，按公平審判你的困苦人。大山小山都要因公義使民得享平安。他必為民中的困苦人伸冤，拯救窮乏之輩，壓碎那欺壓人的。

我又賜給他們永生；他們永不滅亡，誰也不能從我手裏把他們奪去。
