The prince must not take any of the inheritance of the people, driving them off their property. He is to give his sons their inheritance out of his own property, so that not one of my people will be separated from their property.’”

The prince must not take any share of land that belongs to the people. He must not drive them off their property. He must give his sons their share out of his own property. Then not one of my people will be separated from their property.”

這地在以色列中要歸給君王作基業。我所立的君王都不可再欺壓我的子民，卻要按支派把地分給以色列家。”

其中的官長好像撕碎獵物的豺狼，流人的血，滅人的命，為要得不義之財。

你要對他說：‘耶和華這樣說：你殺了人，又佔有他的產業嗎？’你又要對他說：‘耶和華這樣說：狗在甚麼地方舔拿伯的血，也必在甚麼地方舔你的血。’”

我說：“雅各的首領，你們要聽，以色列家的官長，你們也要聽；難道你們不知道公平嗎？然而，你們恨惡良善，喜愛邪惡，從人身上剝皮，從人骨頭上剔肉。你們吃我民的肉，剝他們的皮，打斷他們的骨頭，切成像鍋裡的塊，像釜中的肉塊。

他必以敬畏耶和華為樂。他不憑眼睛所見的施行審判，也不憑耳朵所聽的斷定是非；卻要以公義審判貧窮人，以正直判斷地上的困苦人；以口中的杖擊打世界，以嘴裡的氣殺死惡人。

所以他說：“他升上高天的時候，擄了許多俘虜，把賞賜給了人。”

看哪！必有一王憑公義執政，必有眾領袖按公平治理。必有一人像避風所，和避暴雨的隱密處，像乾旱之地的溪水，又像疲乏之地的大磐石的陰影。

於是大衛以正直的心牧養他們，靈巧地引導他們。

在猶大王約坦、亞哈斯、希西家執政的時候，耶和華的話臨到摩利沙人彌迦，是他看到關於撒瑪利亞和耶路撒冷的話。萬民哪！你們都要聽；地和地上所遍滿的，你們要聆聽；主耶和華要指證你們的不是，主必從他的聖殿指證你們的不是。

“看哪！日子快到（這是耶和華的宣告），我必給大衛興起一個公義的苗裔；他必執政為王，行事有智慧，在地上施行公正和公義。在他執政的日子，猶大必得救，以色列也必安然居住。人要稱他的名字為‘耶和華我們的義’。”

你升到高天的時候，擄了許多俘虜；你在人間，就是在悖逆的人當中，接受了禮物，使耶和華神可以與他們同住。

那些在床上圖謀不義，並且行惡的人有禍了！因為他們的手有力量，天一亮，就作出來了。他們要田地，就去搶奪；想要房屋，就去強取。他們欺壓人和他的家眷，取人和人的產業。

你們吃脂油、穿羊毛，宰肥壯的羊，卻不牧養羊群。瘦弱的，你們沒有養壯；患病的，你們沒有醫治；受傷的，你們沒有包紮；被趕散的，你們沒有領回；迷失的，你們沒有尋找；你們反而用強暴嚴嚴地管轄牠們。牠們沒有牧人，就分散了，作了田野一切走獸的食物。我的羊在眾山和各高岡上流離；牠們分散在全地上，沒有人去尋，也沒有人去找。

因為你們用腰用肩擁擠所有瘦弱的，又用角牴觸牠們，直到把牠們驅散到外面，

他要按著公義審判你的子民，憑著公正審判你的困苦人。因著公義，願大山和小山都給人民帶來和平。他必為民間的困苦人伸冤，拯救貧窮人，粉碎那欺壓人的。

我賜給他們永生，他們永不滅亡，誰也不能把他們從我手裡奪去。
