君欲錫土於子、必取畿輔予之、勿逐民出其業、免我民失業而星散、○

君王欲以土賜子、必取畿輔之地、勿強奪民業、逐民出邑、使星散於四方、

君不可虐取民業、佔據民地、必以己地賜子為業、免我民各失其業而散、○

The prince must not take any of the inheritance of the people, driving them off their property. He is to give his sons their inheritance out of his own property, so that not one of my people will be separated from their property.’”

The prince must not take any share of land that belongs to the people. He must not drive them off their property. He must give his sons their share out of his own property. Then not one of my people will be separated from their property.”

这地在以色列中要归给君王作基业。我所立的君王都不可再欺压我的子民，却要按支派把地分给以色列家。”

其中的官长好像撕碎猎物的豺狼，流人的血，灭人的命，为要得不义之财。

你要对他说：‘耶和华这样说：你杀了人，又占有他的产业吗？’你又要对他说：‘耶和华这样说：狗在什么地方舔拿伯的血，也必在什么地方舔你的血。’”

我说：“雅各的首领，你们要听，以色列家的官长，你们也要听；难道你们不知道公平吗？然而，你们恨恶良善，喜爱邪恶，从人身上剥皮，从人骨头上剔肉。你们吃我民的肉，剥他们的皮，打断他们的骨头，切成像锅里的块，像釜中的肉块。

他必以敬畏耶和华为乐。他不凭眼睛所见的施行审判，也不凭耳朵所听的断定是非；却要以公义审判贫穷人，以正直判断地上的困苦人；以口中的杖击打世界，以嘴里的气杀死恶人。

所以他说：“他升上高天的时候，掳了许多俘虏，把赏赐给了人。”

看哪！必有一王凭公义执政，必有众领袖按公平治理。必有一人像避风所，和避暴雨的隐密处，像干旱之地的溪水，又像疲乏之地的大磐石的阴影。

于是大卫以正直的心牧养他们，灵巧地引导他们。

在犹大王约坦、亚哈斯、希西家执政的时候，耶和华的话临到摩利沙人弥迦，是他看到关于撒玛利亚和耶路撒冷的话。万民哪！你们都要听；地和地上所遍满的，你们要聆听；主耶和华要指证你们的不是，主必从他的圣殿指证你们的不是。

“看哪！日子快到（这是耶和华的宣告），我必给大卫兴起一个公义的苗裔；他必执政为王，行事有智慧，在地上施行公正和公义。在他执政的日子，犹大必得救，以色列也必安然居住。人要称他的名字为‘耶和华我们的义’。”

你升到高天的时候，掳了许多俘虏；你在人间，就是在悖逆的人当中，接受了礼物，使耶和华神可以与他们同住。

那些在床上图谋不义，并且行恶的人有祸了！因为他们的手有力量，天一亮，就作出来了。他们要田地，就去抢夺；想要房屋，就去强取。他们欺压人和他的家眷，取人和人的产业。

你们吃脂油、穿羊毛，宰肥壮的羊，却不牧养羊群。瘦弱的，你们没有养壮；患病的，你们没有医治；受伤的，你们没有包扎；被赶散的，你们没有领回；迷失的，你们没有寻找；你们反而用强暴严严地管辖它们。它们没有牧人，就分散了，作了田野一切走兽的食物。我的羊在众山和各高冈上流离；它们分散在全地上，没有人去寻，也没有人去找。

因为你们用腰用肩拥挤所有瘦弱的，又用角抵触它们，直到把它们驱散到外面，

他要按着公义审判你的子民，凭着公正审判你的困苦人。因着公义，愿大山和小山都给人民带来和平。他必为民间的困苦人伸冤，拯救贫穷人，粉碎那欺压人的。

我赐给他们永生，他们永不灭亡，谁也不能把他们从我手里夺去。
