An area 25,000 cubits long and 10,000 cubits wide will belong to the Levites, who serve in the temple, as their possession for towns to live in.

So the Levites will serve in the temple. They will have an area eight miles long and three and a third miles wide. The towns they live in will be located there.

Another section, 25,000 cubits long and 10,000 cubits broad, shall be for the Levites who minister at the temple, as their possession for cities to live in.

The strip of sacred land next to it, also 8 1/3 miles long and 3 1/3 miles wide, will be a living area for the Levites who work at the Temple. It will be their possession and a place for their towns.

There will be another area 8⅓ miles long and 3⅓ miles wide for the Levites who minister in the temple; it will be their possession for towns to live in.

An area twenty five thousand cubits in length and ten thousand in width shall be for the Levites, the ministers of the house, and for their possession cities in which to live.

An area twenty-five thousand cubits long and ten thousand wide shall belong to the Levites, the ministers of the temple; they shall have twenty chambers as a possession.

利未人所得的地長二萬五千肘，寬一萬肘，與祭司的地界相等，都長二萬五千肘，寬一萬肘。

你們要將整塊四方的聖地，長二萬五千肘，寬二萬五千肘，連同城的用地都獻作聖地。

他帶我到外院，看哪，院子的四圍有房間，有石板地；石板地上有三十個房間。

這聖地要歸祭司，北長二萬五千肘，西寬一萬肘，東寬一萬肘，南長二萬五千肘。耶和華的聖所當在其中。

這些守衛的四個領袖都是利未人，各有受託的職任，看守上帝殿的房間和寶庫。他們住在上帝殿的四圍，受託看守聖殿，負責每日早晨開門。利未人中有人管理所使用的器皿，拿出拿入都按數目點算。又有人管理器具和聖所一切的器皿，以及細麵、酒、油、乳香和香料。祭司的子孫中有人用香料做膏油。利未人瑪他提雅是可拉族沙龍的長子，他受託做烤餅。他們弟兄哥轄子孫中，有人負責每安息日排列供餅。歌唱的有利未人的族長，住在殿的房間，晝夜供職，不做別樣的工。

你們豈不知在聖殿供職的人吃聖殿中的食物嗎？在祭壇伺候的人分享壇上的供物嗎？主也是這樣命令，要傳福音的人靠着福音養生。

利未人取十分之一的時候，亞倫的子孫中當有一個祭司與利未人同在。利未人也當從十分之一中取十分之一，奉到我們上帝的殿，收在庫房的倉裏。因以色列人和利未人要把禮物，就是五穀、新酒和新油，帶到收存聖所器皿的倉裏，供職的祭司、門口的守衛、歌唱的都在那裏。我們絕不會不顧我們上帝的殿。
