「『主耶和華說，一月初一，你要獻一隻毫無殘疾的公牛犢，潔淨聖所。

主耶和華這樣說：“正月初一日，你要取一頭無殘疾的公牛犢，潔淨聖所。

『主永恆主這麼說：正月一日、你要取一隻牛、是小公牛，完全沒有殘疾的、來為聖所除罪染。

主耶和華曰、正月朔、必取無疵之牡犢一、以潔聖所、

主耶和華曰、正月朔、必獻犢、純是務、以潔聖所、

主天主如是云、正月朔、當取無殘疾之牡犢、以潔聖所、

“‘ This is what the Sovereign Lord says: In the first month on the first day you are to take a young bull without defect and purify the sanctuary.

The Lord and King says,“ Get a young bull. It must not have any flaws. Use it to make the temple pure and‘ clean.’ Do this on the first day of the first month.

“ Thus says the Lord God: In the first month, on the first day of the month, you shall take a bull from the herd without blemish, and purify the sanctuary.

“ This is what the Sovereign Lord says: In early spring, on the first day of each new year, sacrifice a young bull with no defects to purify the Temple.

“ This is what the Lord GOD says: In the first month, on the first day of the month, you are to take a young, unblemished bull and purify the sanctuary.

‘ This is what the Lord God says:“ In the first month, on the first of the month, you shall take a bull without blemish and cleanse the sanctuary from sin.

‘ Thus says the Lord GOD:“ In the first month, on the first day of the month, you shall take a young bull without blemish and cleanse the sanctuary.

Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: In the first month, in the first day of the month, thou shalt take a young bullock without blemish; and thou shalt cleanse the sanctuary.

“ This is what the Lord God says: In the first month, on the first day of the month, you are to take a young, unblemished bull and purify the sanctuary.

Thus saith the Lord GOD; In the first[ month], in the first[ day] of the month, thou shalt take a young bullock without blemish, and cleanse the sanctuary:

“‘ This is what the sovereign LORD says: In the first month, on the first day of the month, you must take an unblemished young bull and purify the sanctuary.

“‘ The Lord Yahweh says:“ In the first month, in the first day of the month, you shall take a young bull without defect; and you shall cleanse the sanctuary.

因以色列人的不洁净和过犯，就是他们一切的罪，他要为圣所赎罪；因会幕在他们不洁净之中，他也要为会幕照样做。

何况基督的血，他藉着永远的灵把自己无瑕疵地献给上帝，更能洗净我们的良心，除去致死的行为，好事奉那位永生的上帝。

次日，要将无残疾的公山羊献为赎罪祭；要洁净坛，像用公牛洁净一样。

凡有残疾的，你们不可献上，因为这样你们必不蒙悦纳。

“你们要以本月为正月，为一年之首。

为至圣所和会幕赎罪，为祭坛赎罪，并要为祭司和会众的全体百姓赎罪。

七日内祭司要为坛赎罪，使它洁净，把它分别为圣。

所以，弟兄们，既然我们靠着耶稣的血得以坦然进入至圣所，是藉着他给我们开了一条又新又活的路，从幔子经过，这幔子就是他的身体。既然我们有一位伟大祭司治理上帝的家，那么，我们该用诚心和充足的信心，同已蒙洁净、无亏的良心，和清水洗净了的身体来亲近上帝。

而是凭着基督的宝血，如同无瑕疵、无玷污的羔羊的血。

按着律法，几乎每样东西都是用血洁净的；没有流血，就没有赦罪。这样，照着天上样式做的物件必须用这些礼仪去洁净，但那天上的一切，自然当用更美的祭物去洁净。因为基督并没有进了人手所造的圣所—这不过是真圣所的影像—而是进到天上，如今为我们出现在上帝面前。他也无须多次将自己献上，像大祭司每年带着牛羊的血进入至圣所。

“每月初一，要将两头公牛犊、一只公绵羊、七只没有残疾一岁的小公羊，献给耶和华为燔祭。为每头公牛，要用十分之三伊法调了油的细面作为素祭；为那只公绵羊，要用十分之二伊法调了油的细面作为素祭；为每只小公羊，要用十分之一伊法调了油的细面作为素祭。这是馨香的燔祭，是献给耶和华的火祭。每头公牛要有半欣的浇酒祭，每只公绵羊三分之一欣的浇酒祭，每只小公羊四分之一欣的浇酒祭。这是一年之中每月初一当献的燔祭。除了经常献的燔祭和同献的浇酒祭之外，又要将一只公山羊，献给耶和华为赎罪祭。”

你们要先求上帝的国和他的义，这些东西都要加给你们了。

但是这些祭物使人每年都想起罪来，因为公牛和山羊的血不能除罪。

这样一位圣洁、无邪恶、无玷污、远离罪人、高过诸天的大祭司，对我们是最合适的；
