“‘ When you allot the land as an inheritance, you are to present to the Lord a portion of the land as a sacred district, 25,000 cubits long and 20,000 cubits wide; the entire area will be holy.

“ People of Israel, you will divide up the land you will receive. When you do, give me my share of it. It will be a sacred area. It will be eight miles long and six and a half miles wide. The entire area will be holy.

“ When you allot the land as an inheritance, you shall set apart for the Lord a portion of the land as a holy district, 25,000 cubits long and 20,000 cubits broad. It shall be holy throughout its whole extent.

是照著耶和華藉著摩西所吩咐的，以抽籤的方法把產業分給九個半支派。

“地不可永遠賣掉，因為地是我的；你們在我面前不過是寄居的和客旅。

你要把你的財物，和一切初熟的農作物，敬奉耶和華。

“沿著猶大的邊界，從東到西，就是你們所要獻出的聖區，長十二公里半，從東到西的長度與其他各份的一樣，聖所要在其中。你們獻給耶和華的地區，要長十二公里半，寬十公里。獻給祭司的聖地，北邊長十二公里半，西邊寬五公里，東邊寬五公里，南邊長十二公里半。這地要歸給祭司，就是撒督子孫中分別為聖的。他們守我所吩咐的職責；以色列人走迷路的時候，他們不像利未人那樣走迷路。因此，從所獻的聖區要有一塊地獻給祭司，作為至聖之地。這地沿著利未人的地界。沿著祭司的地界要有一塊地獻給利未人，長十二公里半，寬五公里。祭司的地也是長十二公里半，寬五公里。這地的任何部分不可變賣，不可交換，也不可轉讓給別人，因為它是這地中最好的一份，是歸耶和華為聖的。“所剩下的地，寬兩公里半，長十二公里半，要作俗地，供城市、居民和郊野之用。城要在其中。城的大小是這樣：北邊二千二百五十公尺，南邊二千二百五十公尺，東邊二千二百五十公尺，西邊二千二百五十公尺。城要有郊野，北邊一百二十五公尺，南邊一百二十五公尺，東邊一百二十五公尺，西邊一百二十五公尺。這俗地兩旁剩下的地，沿著所獻的聖區的長度計算，東邊五公里，西邊五公里，也沿著所獻的聖區。這些地的出產要給城裡的工人作食物。城裡的工人來自以色列各支派，耕種這地。所獻的整個地區，長十二公里半，寬十二公里半，是見方的。你們要把所獻的聖區，連同城的基業，一起獻上。“所獻的聖區和城的基業，兩旁所剩下的都要歸給君王，從那寬十二公里半的獻地以東至東面的邊界，以及從那寬十二公里半的獻地以西至西邊的邊界沿著其他各分地，都要歸給君王。這樣所獻的聖地和殿的聖所，都在這兩塊地的中間。利未人的基業和城的基業都位於君王的地中間。君王的地是在猶大的邊界和便雅憫的邊界中間。“至於其餘的支派，從東到西，是便雅憫的一份。

其中要有一塊作為聖所之地，長二百五十公尺，寬二百五十公尺，四面見方；周圍再有二十五公尺作空地。你們要從所量的聖區量出一塊地來，長十二公里半，寬五公里，其中要有聖所，是至聖的地方。這是整個地區中的一塊聖地，要歸給那些在聖所裡供職，親近事奉耶和華的祭司，作他們房屋之地和聖所之聖地。其餘的一塊地，長十二公里半，寬五公里，要歸給在聖殿裡供職的利未人，作為他們的基業，作居住的城市（按照《馬索拉文本》，“作居住的城市”作“二十間房屋”；現參照《七十士譯本》翻譯）。“你們要劃分一塊地作城的基業，寬兩公里半，長十二公里半，在所獻的聖區旁邊，歸給以色列全家。“歸給君王之地要在所獻的聖區和城的基業兩旁，一塊對著所獻的聖區，一塊對著城的基業，從西邊那塊地的西面邊界，到東邊那塊地的東面邊界，長度與每支派所分得的地一樣長。

“你們要按著以色列的支派分這地。將來你們要抽籤分這地為業，歸給你們和你們中間的外族人。他們在你們中間生兒育女。你們應該看他們如同本地生的以色列人，他們要在以色列支派中與你們一起抽籤分地為業。

從黎巴嫩直到米斯利弗．瑪音，所有住在山地的居民，就是所有的西頓人，我必在以色列人面前把他們趕出去。你只要照著我吩咐你的，把這地抽籤分給以色列人作產業。
