The prince himself is the only one who may sit inside the gateway to eat in the presence of the Lord. He is to enter by way of the portico of the gateway and go out the same way.”

The prince is the only one who can sit in the gateway. There he can eat in front of me. He must enter through the porch of the gateway. And he must go out the same way.”

摩西、亞倫、拿答、亞庇戶、與以色列長老七十人、咸登山、覲以色列族之上帝、其所立之處、如青玉平鋪、如昊天有耀。以色列族之長者、既覲上帝、式飲式食、災害弗加。

王立於臺上、與耶和華約、一心一意、宗事耶和華、守其禁令、法度禮儀、遵約書所載、

又量門內之廊、深八尺、其柱方廣二尺、

君王出入之道、必由門廊、大會之時、庶民欲詣耶和華前以崇拜、凡入北門者、必由南門而出、入南門者必由北門而出、其出不由所入之門、必由相對之門、君王亦在民中、偕民出入、

不觀夫以色列族、食祭物者、非共享祭壇乎、吾非謂有主偶像者、亦非謂祭偶像之物、而物遂異、蓋異邦人所祭者、非祭上帝、乃祭諸鬼、我不欲爾與鬼交、爾既飲主之杯、則不可飲鬼之杯、爾既共主之席、則不可共鬼之席、我豈可激主怒乎、我豈勝於主乎、或以為無不可之物、我則謂不盡有益、或以為無不可之事、我則謂不盡成德、勿第求益己、乃求益人、凡售於市者、不問而食、問則心疑、蓋天地萬有、無不屬主、有不信主者宴爾、爾欲往、所陳者勿問而食、問則心疑、設有告爾者曰、此祭偶像之物、則勿食、以告爾者、亦心疑故也、蓋天下萬物、無不屬主、所謂心疑者、非爾心、乃彼心也、奈何以我之得自由、使他人心非我哉、若我賴恩、共得此食而謝主、奈何見非於人乎、於是、或食或飲、不論何為、必歸榮上帝而為之、而俾人躓礙、或猶太、或希利尼、或上帝之會、如我凡事悅眾、不求益己、乃求益人、使其得救、

穀與油及酒、所應輸之什一、或牛羊之首生、所許願樂輸、舉而獻之禮物、俱不可食於爾家、惟於爾上帝耶和華所簡之處、爾與子女僕婢、及主爾家之利未人、咸必食之、無論所為之事、爾必欣喜歡忭於爾上帝耶和華前。

於爾上帝耶和華前食之、所為之事、既蒙錫嘏、故爾及眷聚、必欣喜歡忭。

刈禾者得食、釀酒者得飲、詣聖所、頌美耶和華、

我於戶外叩門、有聞我聲而闢之者、吾將入室、偕彼飲食、

維彼貨財、不藏於室、獻於耶和華、崇事耶和華之人、必獲其利、飲食甘旨、衣服麗都。

見王立於臺及門、又見群臣與吹角者侍於王側、鳴角謳歌、操樂器、斯土之民歡然欣喜、乃裂其衣、呼曰爾黨其謀叛乎、爾黨其謀叛乎。

告之曰、萬有之主耶和華曰、有人將至、長若枝柯、自其境而出、建我耶和華之殿、既建斯殿、尊榮丕著、坐於其位、秉厥鈞衡、若祭司在位、兼理二職、使人平康、
