The prince himself is the only one who may sit inside the gateway to eat in the presence of the Lord. He is to enter by way of the portico of the gateway and go out the same way.”

王站在自己的位置上，在耶和華面前立約，要全心全意地跟隨耶和華，遵從祂的一切誡命、法度和律例，履行約書上的規定。

連牆柱在內共四點二米寬，牆柱寬一點零五米。

君王從門廊進去，也要從原路出來。「『以色列人在節期進去敬拜耶和華的時候，從北門進去的要從南門出來，從南門進去的要從北門出來。誰都不可回頭從進去的門出來，必須從對面的門出來。在這些節期君王應和百姓一同進殿敬拜，百姓離開的時候，君王也要一同離開。

你們看以色列人，那些吃祭物的難道不是有份於祭壇嗎？我這話是什麼意思呢？是說偶像和祭偶像的食物有什麼特別嗎？當然不是，我的意思是那些異教徒所獻的祭是祭鬼魔的，而不是獻給上帝的。我不願意你們與鬼魔有任何關係。你們不能又喝主的杯又喝鬼魔的杯，不能又吃主的聖餐又吃祭鬼魔的食物。我們想惹主嫉妒嗎？難道我們比祂更有能力嗎？凡事我都可以做，但並非事事都有益處；凡事我都可以行，但並非事事都造就人。無論是誰，不要為自己謀利，要為別人謀利。巿場上賣的肉，你們都可以吃，不必為良心的緣故而詢問什麼，因為世界和其中的萬物都屬於主。如果有非信徒邀請你們吃飯，你們又願意去，那麼，桌上擺的各樣食物，你們只管吃，不必為良心的緣故而詢問什麼。不過，如果有人告訴你這些是獻給偶像的祭物，你為了那告訴你的人和良心的緣故，就不要吃。不過我指的不是你的良心，而是那人的良心。或許有人說：「我的自由為什麼要受別人的良心限制呢？如果我存感恩的心吃，為什麼還要受批評呢？」所以，你們或吃或喝，無論做什麼，都要為上帝的榮耀而做。不要成為猶太人、希臘人或上帝教會的絆腳石，就像我凡事儘量讓人滿意，不求自己的好處，只求眾人的好處，以便他們可以得救。

不可在你們的城裡吃十一奉獻的穀物、新酒和油、頭生的牛羊、還願祭、自願獻的祭和舉祭；要在你們的上帝耶和華選定的地方，與兒女、僕婢及同城的利未人一起在耶和華面前吃。要為你們所做的一切，在你們的上帝耶和華面前歡喜快樂。

你們和家人要在那裡，在你們的上帝耶和華面前吃喝；要為你們所做的一切蒙祂賜福而歡喜快樂。

收割的人必享受五穀，讚美耶和華，摘葡萄的人必在我聖所的院內喝酒。」

看啊！我站在門外敲門，若有誰聞聲開門，我必進去，我與他，他與我，一同坐席吃飯。

但她得到的利潤和收入不會被積攢或儲存起來，而是要被獻給耶和華，用來供應那些事奉耶和華的人，使他們吃得飽足，穿得精美。

她看見王站在門口的柱旁，百夫長和吹號的人侍立在王左右，眾民都歡呼吹號，歌樂手用各種樂器帶領眾人唱歌頌揚，便撕裂衣服，喊道：「反了！反了！」

告訴他，萬軍之耶和華說，『看啊，那被稱為大衛苗裔的要從自己的地方興起，建造耶和華的殿。祂必建造耶和華的殿，帶著王者的尊榮坐在寶座上掌權，寶座上也必坐著祭司，兩者和諧共存。』
