The LORD said to me,“ This gate will remain closed. It will not be opened, and no one will enter through it, because the LORD, the God of Israel, has entered through it. Therefore it will remain closed.

The Lord said to me,“ This gate is to remain shut. It must not be opened; no one may enter through it. It is to remain shut because the Lord, the God of Israel, has entered through it.

and I saw the glory of the God of Israel coming from the east. His voice sounded like the roar of a huge torrent, and the earth shone with his glory.The vision I saw was like the one I had seen when he came to destroy the city, and like the ones I had seen by the Chebar Canal. I fell facedown.The glory of the LORD entered the temple by way of the gate that faced east.

and they saw the God of Israel. Beneath his feet was something like a pavement made of lapis lazuli, as clear as the sky itself.

In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord seated on a high and lofty throne, and the hem of his robe filled the temple.Seraphim were standing above him; they each had six wings: with two they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they flew.And one called to another: Holy, holy, holy is the LORD of Armies; his glory fills the whole earth.The foundations of the doorways shook at the sound of their voices, and the temple was filled with smoke.Then I said: Woe is me for I am ruined because I am a man of unclean lips and live among a people of unclean lips, and because my eyes have seen the King, the LORD of Armies.
