Once the priests enter the holy precincts, they are not to go into the outer court until they leave behind the garments in which they minister, for these are holy. They are to put on other clothes before they go near the places that are for the people.”

遂攜亞倫諸子進前、衣之以衣、束之以帶、冠之以冠、遵耶和華所諭摩西之命、

我緣耶和華而樂甚、心緣我上帝而欣然、蓋其被我以拯救、衣我以仁義、如新娶者冠以花冠、猶之新婦飾以珍寶、

幼宜服長、爾曹謙以自束、互相服役、蓋上帝拒驕泰者、賜恩卑遜者、

惟主耶穌基督是服、毋為形軀是圖、以縱其慾、

即上帝之義因信耶穌基督及於諸信者、無所區別、

凡受洗歸基督者、已衣基督也、

耶穌曰、手執耒耜而顧後者、不宜乎上帝國也、

行區別任職之禮、共歷七日、此七日內、勿出會幕門、迨盈其日、今日所為、乃耶和華所命、為汝贖罪、必居會幕門、晝夜無間、歷至七日、守耶和華所命之役事、免爾死亡、我所奉之命如此、

為亞倫子製衣、與紳及冠、以彰榮美、衣爾兄亞倫及其子、且沐以膏、別之為聖、俾任祭司職、以奉事我、以枲作袴、自腰至髀、以蔽下體、亞倫與子進會幕、近祭壇、供事於聖所、必服之、免其負罪而死、此於亞倫暨其後裔、永為定例、
