Then the man brought me to the main hall and measured the jambs; the width of the jambs was six cubits on each side.

殿堂和聖所各有雙扇的門。

所羅門王為永恆主建的殿、長六十肘，寬二十肘，高三十肘。

量了大門的廊子，有八肘；其挨牆柱有二肘；大門的廊子是在門以內的。

被建造在使徒和神言傳講師的根基上，基督耶穌自己就是房角石。靠着他、各部建築都互相聯接，漸漸高大，成為在主裏的聖殿堂。靠着他、你們也一同被建造、成為上帝以靈居住的所在。

得勝的、我必使他做柱石在我的上帝的殿堂中；他決不再出去到外面。我必將我的上帝之名、和我的上帝之城的名（新的耶路撒冷、那由天上、從我的上帝那裏降下來的）、連我新的名、都寫在他上面。

他進了內殿，量了進口的挨牆柱子，各厚二肘；進口是寬六肘；進口的側面牆各寬七肘。

你們也像活的石頭，被建造為屬靈之殿，做聖別的祭司班，好藉着耶穌基督來獻上上帝所悅納的屬靈祭物。

那同我說話的執有一根金葦子當做量尺，要量那城和城門城牆。

我聽見有大聲音從寶座間發出，說：『看哪，上帝榮現之幕所在人中間；他必與人同住；他們必做他的子民；上帝必親自與他們同在，

殿堂的進口是四方的。聖所前面有狀似

有一根葦子彷彿量杖給了我，又有話說：『你起來，量量上帝的殿堂和祭壇、以及其中敬拜的人。不過殿堂以外的院子、卻不要量，因為已經給了外國人了；他們必踐踏聖城四十二個月。

告訴他說：「萬軍之永恆主這樣說道：『看吧，有一個人、他名稱為「樹苗」，他必在他自己的地方長起來，建成永恆主的殿堂。是所羅巴伯要建成永恆主的殿堂；是約書亞要擔當祭司的尊榮，是所羅巴伯要坐在寶座上執政；是約書亞也要在寶座上；他們二人之間必有和諧合作的計畫。』」
