Outside the inner gate, within the inner court, were two rooms, one at the side of the north gate and facing south, and another at the side of the south gate and facing north.

Near the inner gates were two rooms. They were in the inner courtyard. One room was next to the north gate. It faced south. The other one was next to the south gate. It faced north.

On the outside of the inner gateway there were two chambers in the inner court, one at the side of the north gate facing south, the other at the side of the south gate facing north.

Inside the inner courtyard were two rooms, one beside the north gateway, facing south, and the other beside the south gateway, facing north.

Outside the inner gate, within the inner court, there were chambers for the singers: one beside the north gate, facing south, and another beside the south gate, facing north.

當用各樣的智慧，把基督的道豐豐富富的存在心裏，用詩篇、讚美詩、靈歌，彼此教導，互相勸戒，以感恩的心歌頌上帝。

大衛和事奉團隊的眾領袖分派亞薩、希幔，以及耶杜頓的子孫唱歌，以彈琴、鼓瑟、敲鈸伴奏。他們供職的人數如下：亞薩的兒子撒刻、約瑟、尼探雅、亞薩利拉，亞薩的兒子都在亞薩的指導下，遵王的指示唱歌。屬耶杜頓，耶杜頓的兒子基大利、西利、耶篩亞、示每、哈沙比雅、瑪他提雅共六人，都在他們父親耶杜頓的指導下唱歌，以彈琴伴奏，稱謝，頌讚耶和華。屬希幔，希幔的兒子是布基雅、瑪探雅、烏薛、細布業、耶利末、哈拿尼雅、哈拿尼、以利亞他、基大利提、羅幔提‧以謝、約施比加沙、瑪羅提、何提、瑪哈秀。這些都是希幔的兒子；希幔奉上帝之命作王的先見，吹角頌讚。上帝賜給希幔十四個兒子，三個女兒，他們都在父親的指導下，在耶和華的殿唱歌，以敲鈸、彈琴、鼓瑟伴奏，遵從王的指示，在上帝的殿裏事奉。亞薩、耶杜頓、希幔，他們和他們的弟兄學習頌讚耶和華，精通者的數目共有二百八十八人。這些人無論大小，為師的、為徒的，都一同抽籤分了班次。抽籤的時候，第一籤抽到的是亞薩的兒子約瑟。第二是基大利；他和他兄弟，以及兒子共十二人。第三是撒刻，他兒子和他兄弟共十二人。第四是伊洗利，他兒子和他兄弟共十二人。第五是尼探雅，他兒子和他兄弟共十二人。第六是布基雅，他兒子和他兄弟共十二人。第七是耶薩利拉，他兒子和他兄弟共十二人。第八是耶篩亞，他兒子和他兄弟共十二人。第九是瑪探雅，他兒子和他兄弟共十二人。第十是示每，他兒子和他兄弟共十二人。第十一是亞薩烈，他兒子和他兄弟共十二人。第十二是哈沙比雅，他兒子和他兄弟共十二人。第十三是書巴業，他兒子和他兄弟共十二人。第十四是瑪他提雅，他兒子和他兄弟共十二人。第十五是耶利末，他兒子和他兄弟共十二人。第十六是哈拿尼雅，他兒子和他兄弟共十二人。第十七是約施比加沙，他兒子和他兄弟共十二人。第十八是哈拿尼，他兒子和他兄弟共十二人。第十九是瑪羅提，他兒子和他兄弟共十二人。第二十是以利亞他，他兒子和他兄弟共十二人。第二十一是何提，他兒子和他兄弟共十二人。第二十二是基大利提，他兒子和他兄弟共十二人。第二十三是瑪哈秀，他兒子和他兄弟共十二人。第二十四是羅幔提‧以謝，他兒子和他兄弟共十二人。

往東的門有守衛房：這旁三間，那旁三間，大小都一樣；這邊和那邊的牆柱，大小也一樣。

又有守衛房，每間長一竿，寬一竿，守衛房之間相隔五肘。挨着通往殿之門走廊的門檻，一竿。

要用詩篇、讚美詩、靈歌彼此對說，口唱心和地讚美主。

有房間和它的入口在門的牆柱旁，那裏是洗燔祭牲的地方。

他帶我到外院，看哪，院子的四圍有房間，有石板地；石板地上有三十個房間。

守衛房和牆柱、廊子，大小與先前一樣。門兩旁與廊子的周圍都有窗戶。門長五十肘，寬二十五肘。
