Outside the inner gate, within the inner court, were two rooms, one at the side of the north gate and facing south, and another at the side of the south gate and facing north.

Near the inner gates were two rooms. They were in the inner courtyard. One room was next to the north gate. It faced south. The other one was next to the south gate. It faced north.

On the outside of the inner gateway there were two chambers in the inner court, one at the side of the north gate facing south, the other at the side of the south gate facing north.

Inside the inner courtyard were two rooms, one beside the north gateway, facing south, and the other beside the south gateway, facing north.

Outside the inner gate, within the inner court, there were chambers for the singers: one beside the north gate, facing south, and another beside the south gate, facing north.

这些是约柜安设之后，大卫派在耶和华殿中管理歌唱事奉的人。他们在会幕前负责歌唱的事奉，及至所罗门在耶路撒冷建造了耶和华的殿，他们就按着班次供职。

内院朝南也有门，从这门量到朝南的那门，共一百肘。

与他们一同的还有希幔、耶杜顿，和其余被选、名字录在册上的，为要称谢耶和华，因他的慈爱永远长存。希幔、耶杜顿同他们吹号、敲钹，声音响亮，并用其他乐器配合，歌颂上帝。耶杜顿的子孙作门口的守卫。于是众百姓各自回家，大卫也回去为家人祝福。

当用各样的智慧，把基督的道丰丰富富的存在心里，用诗篇、赞美诗、灵歌，彼此教导，互相劝戒，以感恩的心歌颂上帝。

大卫和事奉团队的众领袖分派亚萨、希幔，以及耶杜顿的子孙唱歌，以弹琴、鼓瑟、敲钹伴奏。他们供职的人数如下：亚萨的儿子撒刻、约瑟、尼探雅、亚萨利拉，亚萨的儿子都在亚萨的指导下，遵王的指示唱歌。属耶杜顿，耶杜顿的儿子基大利、西利、耶筛亚、示每、哈沙比雅、玛他提雅共六人，都在他们父亲耶杜顿的指导下唱歌，以弹琴伴奏，称谢，颂赞耶和华。属希幔，希幔的儿子是布基雅、玛探雅、乌薛、细布业、耶利末、哈拿尼雅、哈拿尼、以利亚他、基大利提、罗幔提‧以谢、约施比加沙、玛罗提、何提、玛哈秀。这些都是希幔的儿子；希幔奉上帝之命作王的先见，吹角颂赞。上帝赐给希幔十四个儿子，三个女儿，他们都在父亲的指导下，在耶和华的殿唱歌，以敲钹、弹琴、鼓瑟伴奏，遵从王的指示，在上帝的殿里事奉。亚萨、耶杜顿、希幔，他们和他们的弟兄学习颂赞耶和华，精通者的数目共有二百八十八人。这些人无论大小，为师的、为徒的，都一同抽签分了班次。抽签的时候，第一签抽到的是亚萨的儿子约瑟。第二是基大利；他和他兄弟，以及儿子共十二人。第三是撒刻，他儿子和他兄弟共十二人。第四是伊洗利，他儿子和他兄弟共十二人。第五是尼探雅，他儿子和他兄弟共十二人。第六是布基雅，他儿子和他兄弟共十二人。第七是耶萨利拉，他儿子和他兄弟共十二人。第八是耶筛亚，他儿子和他兄弟共十二人。第九是玛探雅，他儿子和他兄弟共十二人。第十是示每，他儿子和他兄弟共十二人。第十一是亚萨烈，他儿子和他兄弟共十二人。第十二是哈沙比雅，他儿子和他兄弟共十二人。第十三是书巴业，他儿子和他兄弟共十二人。第十四是玛他提雅，他儿子和他兄弟共十二人。第十五是耶利末，他儿子和他兄弟共十二人。第十六是哈拿尼雅，他儿子和他兄弟共十二人。第十七是约施比加沙，他儿子和他兄弟共十二人。第十八是哈拿尼，他儿子和他兄弟共十二人。第十九是玛罗提，他儿子和他兄弟共十二人。第二十是以利亚他，他儿子和他兄弟共十二人。第二十一是何提，他儿子和他兄弟共十二人。第二十二是基大利提，他儿子和他兄弟共十二人。第二十三是玛哈秀，他儿子和他兄弟共十二人。第二十四是罗幔提‧以谢，他儿子和他兄弟共十二人。

往东的门有守卫房：这旁三间，那旁三间，大小都一样；这边和那边的墙柱，大小也一样。

又有守卫房，每间长一竿，宽一竿，守卫房之间相隔五肘。挨着通往殿之门走廊的门槛，一竿。

要用诗篇、赞美诗、灵歌彼此对说，口唱心和地赞美主。

有房间和它的入口在门的墙柱旁，那里是洗燔祭牲的地方。

他带我到外院，看哪，院子的四围有房间，有石板地；石板地上有三十个房间。

守卫房和墙柱、廊子，大小与先前一样。门两旁与廊子的周围都有窗户。门长五十肘，宽二十五肘。
