“ Son of man, turn your attention to Gog. He is from the land of Magog. He is the chief prince of Meshek and Tubal. Prophesy against him.

“‘ Greece, Tubal and Meshek did business with you; they traded human beings and articles of bronze for your wares.

and say:‘ This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I am against you, Gog, chief prince of Meshek and Tubal.

and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth— Gog and Magog— and to gather them for battle. In number they are like the sand on the seashore.They marched across the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of God’s people, the city he loves. But fire came down from heaven and devoured them.

He said to me,“ Son of man, stand up on your feet and I will speak to you.”

“ Son of man, set your face against the mountains of Israel; prophesy against them

The sons of Japheth: Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshek and Tiras.

“ Son of man, set your face toward the south; preach against the south and prophesy against the forest of the southland.

“ I will set a sign among them, and I will send some of those who survive to the nations— to Tarshish, to the Libyans and Lydians( famous as archers), to Tubal and Greece, and to the distant islands that have not heard of my fame or seen my glory. They will proclaim my glory among the nations.

“ Meshek and Tubal are there, with all their hordes around their graves. All of them are uncircumcised, killed by the sword because they spread their terror in the land of the living.

I will send fire on Magog and on those who live in safety in the coastlands, and they will know that I am the Lord.

“‘ On that day I will give Gog a burial place in Israel, in the valley of those who travel east of the Sea. It will block the way of travelers, because Gog and all his hordes will be buried there. So it will be called the Valley of Hamon Gog.

“ Son of man, set your face against Mount Seir; prophesy against itand say:‘ This is what the Sovereign Lord says: I am against you, Mount Seir, and I will stretch out my hand against you and make you a desolate waste.

“ Son of man, set your face against the Ammonites and prophesy against them.
