And thou shalt come from thy place out of the north parts, thou, and many people with thee, all of them riding upon horses, a great company, and a mighty army:

You will come from your place in the far north, you and many nations with you, all of them riding on horses, a great horde, a mighty army.

So you will come from your place in the far north. Many nations will join you. All their men will be riding on horses. You will have a huge and mighty army.

And I will turn thee back, and leave but the sixth part of thee, and will cause thee to come up from the north parts, and will bring thee upon the mountains of Israel:

Gomer, and all his bands; the house of Togarmah of the north quarters, and all his bands:[ and] many people with thee.

I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and[ for] my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land.

For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles,[ which] go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.

And shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them together to battle: the number of whom[ is] as the sand of the sea.

And he gathered them together into a place called in the Hebrew tongue Armageddon.

Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about, when they shall be in the siege both against Judah[ and] against Jerusalem.And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.In that day, saith the LORD, I will smite every horse with astonishment, and his rider with madness: and I will open mine eyes upon the house of Judah, and will smite every horse of the people with blindness.

And at the time of the end shall the king of the south push at him: and the king of the north shall come against him like a whirlwind, with chariots, and with horsemen, and with many ships; and he shall enter into the countries, and shall overflow and pass over.

For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses rifled, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the residue of the people shall not be cut off from the city.Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.

Therefore wait ye upon me, saith the LORD, until the day that I rise up to the prey: for my determination[ is] to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them mine indignation,[ even] all my fierce anger: for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of my jealousy.

And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thine army, horses and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts[ of armour, even] a great company[ with] bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords:
