其地昔為荒墟、今則有人居處、集自列邦、聚貨財、豢牲畜、居其高處、我必攻之、刦掠其物、

昔斯地變為荒邱、今則有人居處、來自列邦、聚貨財、養牲畜、安居斯土、我攻伐之、攘奪其物、

昔荒蕪、今有人居處之地、其民集自列邦、養牲貿易、貿易或作獲財安居斯地、斯地原文作地之高處爾欲攻斯民、攘奪刧掠其物、

I will plunder and loot and turn my hand against the resettled ruins and the people gathered from the nations, rich in livestock and goods, living at the center of the land.”

I will rob those people. I’ll steal everything they have. Then I’ll turn my attention to the destroyed houses where people are living again. They have returned there from other nations. Now they are rich. They have plenty of livestock and all kinds of goods. They are living in Israel. It is the center of the earth.’

to seize spoil and carry off plunder, to turn your hand against the waste places that are now inhabited, and the people who were gathered from the nations, who have acquired livestock and goods, who dwell at the center of the earth.

I will go to those formerly desolate cities that are now filled with people who have returned from exile in many nations. I will capture vast amounts of plunder, for the people are rich with livestock and other possessions now. They think the whole world revolves around them!’

所以主耶和華如此說：我要將埃及地賜給巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒；他必擄掠埃及的財富，搶奪它的擄物，擄掠它的掠物，用以犒賞他的軍兵。

我要差遣他攻擊褻瀆的國，吩咐他對付我所惱怒的民，搶走擄物，奪取掠物，將他們踐踏，如同街上的泥土一般。

過了多日，你必被差派；到末後之年，你要來到那脫離刀劍、從列國召集回來的人所住之地，來到以色列常久荒涼的山上；他們都從列國中被領出，在那裏安然居住。

萬軍之耶和華如此說：「在這荒廢、無人、無牲畜之地，並其中所有的城鎮，必再有牧人的草場，可讓羊羣躺臥在那裏。在山區的城鎮、謝非拉的城鎮、尼革夫的城鎮、便雅憫地、耶路撒冷四圍的各處和猶大的城鎮，必再有羊羣從數點的人手下經過。這是耶和華說的。

我要呼叫，聚集他們，因我已經救贖他們。他們的人數必增添，如從前增添一樣。我要將他們分散在列國中，他們必在遠方記得我；他們與兒女都必存活，他們要歸回。我必使他們從埃及地歸回，從亞述召集他們，領他們到基列地和黎巴嫩；這些還不夠他們居住。

於是，耶和華的使者說：「萬軍之耶和華啊，你惱恨耶路撒冷和猶大的城鎮已經七十年了，你不施憐憫要到幾時呢？」

我要剪除亞實突的居民和亞實基倫的掌權者，反手攻擊以革倫，剩餘的非利士人都必滅亡。」這是主耶和華說的。

因此，凡吞吃你的必被吞吃，你的敵人個個都被擄去；擄掠你的必成為擄物，我使搶奪你的成為掠物。

「主耶和華如此說：我潔淨你們，使你們脫離一切罪孽的日子，必使城鎮有人居住，廢墟重新建造。這荒蕪的土地，曾被過路的人看為荒蕪，現今卻得以耕種。他們必說：『這荒蕪之地，現在成了像伊甸園一樣；這荒涼、荒廢、毀壞的城鎮，現今堅固，有人居住。』

迦勒又繼續講，他說：「看哪，有百姓從地的高處下來，又有一隊從米惡尼尼橡樹的路前來。」

萬軍之耶和華說：刀劍哪，興起攻擊我的牧人，攻擊我的同伴吧！要擊打牧人，羊就分散了；我必反手攻擊那微小的。

你們所說荒涼、無人、無牲畜，已交給迦勒底人手的這地，必有人購置田地。在便雅憫地、耶路撒冷四圍的各處、猶大的城鎮、山地的城鎮、謝非拉的城鎮，並尼革夫的城鎮，人必用銀子買田地，在契上簽字，將契封緘，找人作證，因為我必使被擄的人歸回。這是耶和華說的。」

因此，主－萬軍之耶和華、以色列的大能者說：「唉！我要向我的對頭雪恨，向我的敵人報仇。我必反手對付你，如鹼煉淨你的渣滓，除盡你的雜質。

你要再宣告，萬軍之耶和華如此說：我的城鎮要再度繁榮發達。耶和華必再安慰錫安，揀選耶路撒冷。」
