我去要搶那可搶的，要劫那可劫的，要反手攻擊那從前荒廢、如今有人居住之地，攻擊那從列國中招聚回來、得了牲畜財物、住在地上臍心的人民。

我去要抢财为掳物，夺货为掠物，反手攻击那从前荒凉、现在有人居住之地，又攻击那住世界中间、从列国招聚、得了牲畜财货的民。’

其地昔為荒墟、今則有人居處、集自列邦、聚貨財、豢牲畜、居其高處、我必攻之、刦掠其物、

昔斯地變為荒邱、今則有人居處、來自列邦、聚貨財、養牲畜、安居斯土、我攻伐之、攘奪其物、

昔荒蕪、今有人居處之地、其民集自列邦、養牲貿易、貿易或作獲財安居斯地、斯地原文作地之高處爾欲攻斯民、攘奪刧掠其物、

I will plunder and loot and turn my hand against the resettled ruins and the people gathered from the nations, rich in livestock and goods, living at the center of the land.”

I will rob those people. I’ll steal everything they have. Then I’ll turn my attention to the destroyed houses where people are living again. They have returned there from other nations. Now they are rich. They have plenty of livestock and all kinds of goods. They are living in Israel. It is the center of the earth.’

I will go to those formerly desolate cities that are now filled with people who have returned from exile in many nations. I will capture vast amounts of plunder, for the people are rich with livestock and other possessions now. They think the whole world revolves around them!’

因此主永恆主這麼說：看吧，我必將埃及地賜給巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒；他必將埃及的財富帶走，擄掠所可擄掠的，搶奪所可搶奪的：這就可以做他軍隊的酬勞了。

『萬軍之永恆主這麼說：在這荒廢無人無牲口的地方、在它所有的城市中、必再有牧人的莊舍，使羊羣躺臥的地方。在山地的城市、低原的城市、南地的城市、在便雅憫地、在耶路撒冷四圍各處、在猶大的城市、必再有羊羣從數點的人手下經過：這是永恆主說的。

『我必向他們吹口哨、招集他們，因為我贖救了他們，他們人數就加多，如從前之加多一樣。我雖播散他們在列族之民中，他們在遠方還是要懷念着我；他們跟兒女都必活着，並且回來。我必將他們從埃及地再領回，將他們從亞述招集攏來，領到基列地和利巴嫩，直到不足以容他們。

於是永恆主的使者應聲地說：「萬軍之永恆主啊，對你這七十年所惱怒的耶路撒冷和猶大諸城市你還不施憐憫、要到幾時呢？」

我必剪除亞實突的居民，和亞實基倫執有權柄之杖的人；我必將手轉過去、攻擊以革倫；非利士人餘剩之民必都滅亡』：這是主永恆主說的。

故此凡吞喫你的必被吞喫；你的敵人個個都必被擄而去；搶掠你的、必成為被擄物，掠劫你的、我都必使他們成為被掠物。

『主永恆主這麼說；我潔淨你們、除掉你們一切罪孽的日子，就要使你們的城市有人居住，使荒廢之處重建起來。在所有過路之人眼中看來、這地雖然荒涼，但這荒涼之地必仍得耕種。人們必說：「這先前荒涼之地、如今已像伊甸園了；這些荒廢淒涼毁壞的城市、如今已有堡壘、有人居住了。」

迦阿勒又說：『看哪，有人從地臍附近下來，又有一隊從算命者篤耨香樹路向來呢。』

萬軍之永恆主發神諭說：『刀劍哪，奮發，以攻擊我的牧民者哦！攻擊那做我同伴的人！我必擊打牧人、叫羣羊四散！微小者、我也必將手轉過去打他們。

你們說：這地荒涼，沒有人、沒有牲口，是交於迦勒底人手中的；就在這境內、日後就必有人置買田地。在便雅憫地、在耶路撒冷四圍各處、在猶大的城市、在山地的城市、低原的城市、南地的城市、人必用銀子買田地，在契券上簽名畫押，蓋印封好，請見證人作證；因為我必恢復他們的故業：這是永恆主發神諭說的。』

因此主、萬軍之永恆主、以色列之大能者、發神諭說：『哎，我要向我的對頭雪恨；我要向我的仇敵報復；我必將手轉過去攻擊你；我必鍊除你的雜質於爐中，除去你一切的渣滓。

你要再宣告說：萬軍之永恆主這麼說：我的城市必再漲溢着昌盛興隆的景象；永恆主必再安慰錫安，必再揀選耶路撒冷。」』
