你必說，我要攻打那沒有圍牆和城門保護的鄉村，毀滅那毫無戒備、安然居住的百姓。

地無城郭、吾必侵伐之、民安逸樂、吾必攻擊之、維彼城垣不築、門楗俱無、

我必侵伐無城郭之處、攻擊安居無慮之民、彼無城郭而居、無門無楗、

You will say,“ I will invade a land of unwalled villages; I will attack a peaceful and unsuspecting people— all of them living without walls and without gates and bars.

You will say,‘ I will march out against a land whose villages don’t have walls around them. I’ll attack those peaceful people. I’ll do this when they aren’t expecting it. None of their villages has walls or gates with metal bars on them.

and say,‘ I will go up against the land of unwalled villages. I will fall upon the quiet people who dwell securely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having no bars or gates,’

You will say,‘ Israel is an unprotected land filled with unwalled villages! I will march against her and destroy these people who live in such confidence!

You will say,“ I will advance against a land of open villages; I will come against a tranquil people who are living securely, all of them living without walls and without bars or gates”—

and you will say,‘ I will go up against the land of unwalled villages. I will go against those who are at rest, who live securely, all of them living without walls and having no bars or gates,

You will say,‘ I will go up against a land of unwalled villages; I will go to a peaceful people, who dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates’—

and thou shalt say, I will go up to the land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are at rest, that dwell securely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates;

You will say,‘ I will go up to the land of unwalled villages. I will go to those who are at rest, who dwell securely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates,

對他說：「快跑去告訴那青年，『耶路撒冷必像沒有城牆限制的村莊，因為城中將有大量的人和牲畜。耶和華說，我要成為一堵火牆環繞耶路撒冷，作城中的榮耀。』

他們像獅子埋伏在暗處，獵取無助的人，用網羅拖走他們。

但支派的人帶著米迦的神像和他的祭司來到拉億，那裡的人生活安寧，毫無防範。他們殺掉當地的居民，放火燒了城。

敵人說，『追啊，追上他們，瓜分他們的財物，盡情地擄掠他們，拔出刀來把他們斬盡殺絕。』

他們若說：「跟我們來吧，我們去埋伏殺人，暗害無辜者取樂；我們要像陰間一樣生吞他們，整個吞沒他們，使他們如墜入墳墓的人；我們必得到各樣寶物，把戰利品裝滿我們的房屋。跟我們一起幹吧，大家有福同享！」孩子啊，不要走他們的道，切莫行他們的路。因為他們奔向罪惡，急速地去殺人流血。

迦勒底人啊，上去攻打那安逸無憂、無門無閂、獨居一方的國家吧！這是耶和華說的。他們的駱駝必被擄去，大群的牲畜必成為戰利品。我要把剃去鬢髮的人驅散到四方，使災禍從四面八方臨到他們。這是耶和華說的。

五人啟程來到拉億，發現當地人像西頓人一樣無憂無慮，生活安寧，毫無防範，繁榮富足。他們離西頓很遠，與外界沒有來往。

你藉你的使者侮辱主。你說你帶著許多戰車上到群山之巔，上到黎巴嫩的巔峰，砍下最高的香柏樹和上好的松樹，征服最高的山和最美的樹林。你說你已在外邦之地挖井喝水，已用腳掌踏乾埃及的河流。

殺人流血，腳步飛快；

再過多日，你必被徵召出戰。在以後的歲月，你將去攻打一片從戰爭中恢復的土地，以色列久已荒涼的山上有從各國招聚來的百姓。他們從列國中被領回來，如今都在那裡安然居住。

鄰舍在你附近安分居住，不可謀害他。別人若沒有害你，不要無故與他相爭。
