They will no longer defile themselves with their idols and vile images or with any of their offenses, for I will save them from all their sinful backsliding, and I will cleanse them. They will be my people, and I will be their God.

欲使之聖、由水之洗、以道潔之、立之己前、為有榮者、無瑕皺等疵、乃聖而無玷也、

凡諸偶像、盡歸消亡、

以法蓮將曰、我與偶像猶有何涉、我耶和華既應之、必加眷顧、我若青松、爾將由我而結實、

我必與爾及爾歷世苗裔、立我永約、為爾及爾苗裔之上帝、爾今所旅之地、即迦南全境、我將賜爾、及爾苗裔、以為永業、我亦為其上帝、○

我必導爾出於異邦、集爾離乎列國、引爾歸於故土、以清水灑爾、使爾為潔、滌爾諸污、除爾所有之偶像、

其三分之一、我將使之經火、煉之若銀、煆之若金、彼必呼籲我名、而我應之、我則曰、彼為我民、彼則曰、耶和華乃我上帝也、

爾其以杖、牧爾獨居林中之民、即爾業之羣、在迦密間、牧之於巴珊基列、若古昔然、

彼必為我民、我為其上帝、我必賦以一心一道、致恆寅畏我、俾彼及厥裔、得獲福祉、

諭我曰、人子歟、此我設位之所、駐蹕之城、我必永居以色列族中、以色列家及其君王、不復行邪淫、葬王尸於崇邱、污我聖名、置其門閾於我閾旁、置其門柱於我柱側、彼我之間、祇間一垣、且行可惡之事、污我聖名、致我震怒、而殲滅之、

自是日而後、以色列家、必知我乃彼之上帝耶和華、

耶路撒冷猶大之鼎、俱為聖於萬軍之耶和華、凡獻祭者、將取而烹之於其中、是日不復有迦南人、在萬軍耶和華之室矣、
