“ When the sticks you have written on are in your hand and in full view of the people,

你所写的那两根杖要在他们眼前拿在手中，

你要在他们眼前，把写了字的那两根杖拿在手中，

你要拿着这两根写着字的杖让他们看，

你写上了字的那两根木杖，要在他们眼前握在手里；

你所寫的那兩根杖要在他們眼前拿在手中，

你要在他們眼前，把寫了字的那兩根杖拿在手中，

你要在他們眼前，把寫了字的那兩根杖拿在手中，

你要拿著這兩根寫著字的杖讓他們看，

你寫上了字的那兩根木杖，要在他們眼前握在手裡；

你所寫上的那兩根木棍在他們眼前拿在你手中時，

爾所書之二杖、當執於手、俾眾目睹、

爾所書之簡、當執於手、俾眾目睹、

爾所書之木簡、當執於手、使眾目睹、

Hold before their eyes the sticks you have written on

Show them the sticks you wrote on.

When the sticks on which you write are in your hand before their eyes,

“ Then hold out the pieces of wood you have inscribed, so the people can see them.

The sticks on which you write will be in your hand before their eyes.

And the sticks on which you write will be in your hand before their eyes.

And the sticks whereon thou writest shall be in thy hand before their eyes.

“ When the sticks you have written on are in your hand and in full view of the people,

The sticks you write on will be in your hand in front of them.

“ Now you, son of man, get your bags ready for exile and go into exile in their sight during the day. You will go into exile from your place to another place while they watch; perhaps they will understand, though they are a rebellious house.

So Moses spoke to the Israelites, and each of their leaders gave him a staff, one for each of the leaders of their tribes, twelve staffs in all. Aaron’s staff was among them.Moses placed the staffs before the LORD in the tent of the testimony.The next day Moses entered the tent of the testimony and saw that Aaron’s staff, representing the house of Levi, had sprouted, formed buds, blossomed, and produced almonds!Moses then brought out all the staffs from the LORD’s presence to all the Israelites. They saw them, and each man took his own staff.

I will speak through the prophets and grant many visions; I will give parables through the prophets.
