耶和华对我说：“人子啊，你要说预言，向风说预言。你要说，耶和华如此说：气息啊，要从四方而来，吹在这些被杀的人身上，使他们活过来。”

我必将我的灵放在你们里面，使你们顺从我的律例，谨守遵行我的典章。

那时，在你们四围其余的列国必知道，我—耶和华修造那毁坏之处，开垦那荒芜之地。我—耶和华说了这话，就必成就。

这正是藉着先知约珥所说的：‘上帝说：在末后的日子，我要将我的灵浇灌凡血肉之躯的。你们的儿女要说预言；你们的少年要见异象；你们的老人要做异梦。

经上也是这样记着说：“首先的人亚当成了有生命的人”；末后的亚当成了赐生命的灵。

然而，使耶稣从死人中复活的上帝的灵若住在你们里面，那使基督从死人中复活的，也必藉着住在你们里面的圣灵使你们必死的身体又活过来。

因为赐生命的圣灵的律，在基督耶稣里从罪和死的律中把你释放出来。

田野的树木因此就知道是我—耶和华使高树矮小，使矮树高大，使绿树枯干，使枯树发旺。我—耶和华说了这话，就必成就。”

“我要将那施恩与恳求的灵，浇灌大卫家和耶路撒冷的居民。他们必仰望我，就是他们所扎的那位。他们必为他悲伤，如丧独子，又为他哀哭，如丧长子。

到了我对付你的日子，你的心岂能忍受呢？你的手还能有力吗？我—耶和华说了这话，就必成就。

等到圣灵从高处浇灌我们，旷野将变为田园，田园看似森林。
