我必使人、使我人民以色列行於你們上頭；他們必擁有你以為業，你必做他們的產業，你也不再叫他們喪失兒子。

I will cause people, my people Israel, to live on you. They will possess you, and you will be their inheritance; you will never again deprive them of their children.

I will let my people Israel live there again. They will possess you. They will receive you as their own. You will never take their children away from them again.” ’ ”

主永恆主這麼說：因為人對你說：「你是吞喫人的，只叫你本國喪失兒子」，

那些探子向以色列人發表他們所窺探之地的惡報告、說：『我們所經過而窺探的地、那是個吞喫居民之地，並且我們所看見的、其中的人民、都是身量高大的人。

但在錫安山必有逃脫的人，那山必成為不可侵犯的；雅各家必佔有那曾強佔他們、之人的土地。雅各家必作為大火，約瑟家必作為火燄，以掃家必像碎稭，火必將他們燒𤏲而吞滅：以掃家必無殘存的人；因為永恆主說了。南地之人必擁有以掃山以為業，低原的人必擁有非利士人之地；他們必擁有以法蓮鄉間之地，和撒瑪利亞鄉間之地；便雅憫人必擁有基列。以色列人流亡在哈臘的必擁有腓尼基、直到撒勒法；耶路撒冷流亡在西法拉的人必擁有南地的城市。必有拯救者上錫安山來統治以掃山，國度就歸永恆主。

在便雅憫地、在耶路撒冷四圍各處、在猶大的城市、在山地的城市、低原的城市、南地的城市、人必用銀子買田地，在契券上簽名畫押，蓋印封好，請見證人作證；因為我必恢復他們的故業：這是永恆主發神諭說的。』

你們承受這地為產業、要彼此均分；這就是我曾舉手起誓要賜給你們列祖的；如今這地必歸於你們為產業。

因為萬軍之永恆主以色列之上帝這麼說：將來在這地必有人會再買房屋、田地、和葡萄園的。」
