“然而，锡安山必成为避难所，成为圣地。雅各家必得到自己的产业。雅各家将成为火，约瑟家将成为烈焰，以扫家将成为碎秸，被火焚烧、吞噬，无一人逃脱。这是耶和华说的。“南地的人将占领以扫山；丘陵的人将占领非利士，夺取以法莲和撒玛利亚；便雅悯人将占领基列。被掳的以色列人将返回家园，占领远至撒勒法一带的土地；从耶路撒冷被掳到西法拉的人将占领南地各城。拯救者必登上锡安山，统治以扫山，耶和华必做王掌权。”

在便雅悯境内，耶路撒冷周围和犹大的城邑，以及山区、丘陵、南部的城邑中，必有人置买田地，签订地契，盖封印，请人作证，因为我必使被掳的人回到故土。这是耶和华说的。’”

其他各支派都要均分，因为我曾起誓将这地方赐给你们祖先。这地方必成为你们的产业。
