瘦弱的，你們不調養；有病的，你們不醫治；受傷的，你們未包紮；被逐的，你們不去領回；失喪的，你們不尋找；卻用暴力嚴嚴地轄制牠們。

瘦弱的，你们没有养壮；有病的，你们没有医治；受伤的，你们没有缠裹；被逐的，你们没有领回；失丧的，你们没有寻找；但用强暴严严地辖制。

弱者不扶之、疾者不醫之、受傷者不裹之、被驅者不反之、迷亡者不尋之、乃以強暴嚴酷制之、

弱者不扶持之、疾者不醫痊之、傷者不裹其痕、驅至遠方者、不復招集、迷於歧路者、不復追尋、乃待之以強暴、處之以殘忍、

弱者爾不強之、病者爾不醫之、傷者爾不裹之、被驅者爾不返之、迷亡者爾不尋之、惟待以強暴、以殘刻、

You have not strengthened the weak or healed the sick or bound up the injured. You have not brought back the strays or searched for the lost. You have ruled them harshly and brutally.

You have not made the weak ones in the flock stronger. You have not healed the sick. You have not bandaged those who are hurt. You have not brought back those who have wandered away. You have not searched for the lost. When you ruled over them, you were mean to them. You treated them badly.

The weak you have not strengthened, the sick you have not healed, the injured you have not bound up, the strayed you have not brought back, the lost you have not sought, and with force and harshness you have ruled them.

You have not taken care of the weak. You have not tended the sick or bound up the injured. You have not gone looking for those who have wandered away and are lost. Instead, you have ruled them with harshness and cruelty.

You have not strengthened the weak, healed the sick, bandaged the injured, brought back the strays, or sought the lost. Instead, you have ruled them with violence and cruelty.

Those who are sickly you have not strengthened, the diseased you have not healed, the broken you have not bound up, the scattered you have not brought back, nor have you searched for the lost; but with force and with violence you have dominated them.

The weak you have not strengthened, nor have you healed those who were sick, nor bound up the broken, nor brought back what was driven away, nor sought what was lost; but with force and cruelty you have ruled them.

The diseased have ye not strengthened, neither have ye healed that which was sick, neither have ye bound up that which was broken, neither have ye brought back that which was driven away, neither have ye sought that which was lost; but with force and with rigor have ye ruled over them.

You have not strengthened the weak, healed the sick, bandaged the injured, brought back the strays, or sought the lost. Instead, you have ruled them with violence and cruelty.

失喪的，我必尋找；被逐的，我必領回；受傷的，我必包紮；有病的，我必醫治；只是肥的壯的，我要除滅；我必秉公牧養牠們。』

耶和華對我說：「你再把愚昧牧人所用的器具拿來，因為，看哪，我要在這地立一個牧人；他不看顧將亡的，不尋找分散的，不醫治受傷的，也不牧養強壯的；卻要吞吃肥羊的肉，撕裂牠們的蹄。

埃及人嚴厲地強迫以色列人做工，使他們因苦工而生活痛苦；無論是和泥，是做磚，是做田間各樣的工，一切的工埃及人都嚴厲地對待他們。

「一個人若有一百隻羊，其中一隻走迷了路，你們的意見如何？他豈不留下這九十九隻在山上，去找那隻迷路的羊嗎？若是找到了，我實在告訴你們，他為這一隻羊歡喜，比為那沒有迷路的九十九隻歡喜還大呢！

他看見一大羣人，就憐憫他們；因為他們困苦無助，如同羊沒有牧人一樣。

寧可往以色列家迷失的羊那裏去。

在她額上寫着奧祕的名字，說：「大巴比倫，世上的淫婦和一切可憎之物的母。」我又看見那女人喝醉了聖徒的血和為耶穌作見證的人的血。我看見她，非常詫異。

以色列的守望者都瞎了眼，沒有知識；都是啞狗，不會吠叫，只知做夢，躺臥，貪睡，

「你們中間誰有一百隻羊，失去其中的一隻，不把這九十九隻留在曠野，去找那失去的羊，直到找着呢？找到了，他就歡歡喜喜地把羊扛在肩上。他回到家裏，請朋友和鄰舍來，對他們說：『你們和我一同歡喜吧，我失去的羊已經找到了！』

注意！你們這些富足人哪，要為將要臨到你們身上的災難哭泣、號咷。你們的財物腐爛了，你們的衣服被蟲子蛀了。你們的金銀都生銹了；這銹要證明你們的不是，又要像火一樣吞吃你們的肉。你們在這末世只知道積蓄錢財。工人給你們收割莊稼，你們剋扣他們的工錢；這工錢在喊冤，而且收割工人的冤聲已經進入萬軍之主的耳朵了。你們在地上享奢華宴樂，把自己養肥了，等候宰殺的日子。你們定了義人的罪，把他殺害，他沒有抵抗你們。

園戶拿住僕人，打了一個，殺了一個，用石頭打死了一個。

在基列豈沒有乳香呢？在那裏豈沒有醫生呢？我百姓為何得不着醫治呢？

就動手打他的同伴，又和醉酒的人一同吃喝，

禍哉！那以不公義蓋房，以不公平造樓，白白使鄰舍做工，卻不給工錢的人，

務要牧養在你們當中神的羣羊，按着神的旨意照顧他們，不是出於勉強，而是出於甘心；也不是因為貪財，而是出於樂意。不要轄制所託付你們的羣羊，而是要作他們的榜樣。

我們並不是要控制你們的信心，而是要作你們的同工，讓你們得快樂，因為你們在信仰上已經站得穩了。

所以，你們要把下垂的手舉起來，發酸的腿挺直；

牠得了權柄在第一隻獸面前能行奇事，迷惑住在地上的人，告訴他們要為那受過刀傷還活着的獸造個像。又有權柄賜給牠，讓那隻獸的像有生氣，並且能說話，又使所有不拜獸像的人都被殺害。牠又使眾人，無論大小、貧富，自主的、為奴的，都在右手上，或是在額上，打一個印記；這樣，除了那有印記，有獸的名或有獸名數字的，都不得買或賣。
