I will provide for them a land renowned for its crops, and they will no longer be victims of famine in the land or bear the scorn of the nations.

I will give them a land that is famous for its crops. They will never again be hungry there. The nations will not make fun of them anymore.

And I will provide for them renowned plantations so that they shall no more be consumed with hunger in the land, and no longer suffer the reproach of the nations.

therefore prophesy, and say,‘ Thus says the Lord GOD:“ Because they made you desolate and swallowed you up on every side, so that you became the possession of the rest of the nations, and you are taken up by the lips of talkers and slandered by the people”—therefore, O mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord GOD! Thus says the Lord GOD to the mountains, the hills, the rivers, the valleys, the desolate wastes, and the cities that have been forsaken, which became plunder and mockery to the rest of the nations all around—therefore thus says the Lord God:“ Surely I have spoken in My burning jealousy against the rest of the nations and against all Edom, who gave My land to themselves as a possession, with wholehearted joy and spiteful minds, in order to plunder its open country.”’“ Therefore prophesy concerning the land of Israel, and say to the mountains, the hills, the rivers, and the valleys,‘ Thus says the Lord God:“ Behold, I have spoken in My jealousy and My fury, because you have borne the shame of the nations.”

“ Behold, the days are coming,” says the Lord,“ That I will raise to David a Branch of righteousness; A King shall reign and prosper, And execute judgment and righteousness in the earth.

Also your people shall all be righteous; They shall inherit the land forever, The branch of My planting, The work of My hands, That I may be glorified.

They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any heat;

His name shall endure forever; His name shall continue as long as the sun. And men shall be blessed in Him; All nations shall call Him blessed.

For He shall grow up before Him as a tender plant, And as a root out of dry ground. He has no form or comeliness; And when we see Him, There is no beauty that we should desire Him.

That You may say to the prisoners,‘ Go forth,’ To those who are in darkness,‘ show yourselves.’“ They shall feed along the roads, And their pastures shall be on all desolate heights.They shall neither hunger nor thirst, Neither heat nor sun shall strike them; For He who has mercy on them will lead them, Even by the springs of water He will guide them.

For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

‘ Hear, O Joshua, the high priest, You and your companions who sit before you, For they are a wondrous sign; For behold, I am bringing forth My Servant the BRANCH.
