我必使有名者興、長若枝柯、使斯土之民、不復饑饉、不為異邦人凌辱。

我必為彼使有名者興、長若植物、或作我必為彼使諸植物暢茂使其聲名遠揚又作我必使彼發旺如植物聲名遠揚不復使斯地之民、滅於饑荒、不復受異邦人之凌辱、

I will provide for them a land renowned for its crops, and they will no longer be victims of famine in the land or bear the scorn of the nations.

I will give them a land that is famous for its crops. They will never again be hungry there. The nations will not make fun of them anymore.

And I will provide for them renowned plantations so that they shall no more be consumed with hunger in the land, and no longer suffer the reproach of the nations.

I will establish for them a place renowned for its agriculture, and they will no longer be victims of famine in the land. They will no longer endure the insults of the nations.

我要賜福他們，也要賜福我聖山的周圍，我要按季節降雨給他們，使恩福如雨降下。田間的樹木必結果子，土地必長出莊稼，他們要在故鄉安居。我要折斷他們所負的軛，從奴役他們的人手中把他們拯救出來，他們便知道我是耶和華。

以華冠取代錫安哀傷者頭上的灰塵，以喜樂的膏油取代他們的哀傷，以頌讚的外袍取代他們的沮喪。他們將被稱為耶和華所栽種的公義橡樹，以彰顯祂的榮耀。

所以你要發預言，宣告主耶和華這樣說，『你們被蹂躪、掠奪，歸了列國所有，成了外族人的話柄和笑談。因此，以色列的山嶺、溪流、幽谷、荒地、廢墟以及那些被外族人擄掠和譏諷的城邑啊，你們要聽主耶和華的話。』主耶和華說，『我要在怒火中斥責列國和以東，他們幸災樂禍，滿腹憤恨，把我的土地據為己有，侵佔其中的草場。』所以你要對以色列說預言，告訴以色列的山岡溪谷，耶和華這樣說，『因為你們曾遭受外族人的羞辱，我為你們滿懷義憤。

就像樹墩上長出新的枝條，大衛的後裔中必有一人做王。耶和華的靈必住在他身上，使他有聰明和智慧、謀略和能力，能認識並敬畏耶和華。他必以敬畏耶和華為樂。他不憑眼見施行審判，不憑耳聞斷定是非，而是按公義審判貧窮人，以公正為受苦者斷案。他必用口中的杖擊打世界，以嘴裡的氣殺戮惡人。公義必作他的腰帶，信實必作他肋下的帶子。那時，豺狼和綿羊羔同住，豹子和山羊羔同臥，牛犢和獅子同群，小孩子可以照看牠們。

那時，我要使大衛公義的苗裔興起，他要在地上秉公行義。

告訴他，萬軍之耶和華說，『看啊，那被稱為大衛苗裔的要從自己的地方興起，建造耶和華的殿。

耶和華說：「看啊，時候將到，我要為大衛選立一個公義的苗裔，使他執掌王權。他必秉公行義，治國有方。

你的人民都必成為義人，永遠擁有這土地。他們是我親手栽種的樹苗，以彰顯我的榮耀。

他們不會再受饑餓和乾渴的折磨，也不會再受太陽和酷熱的煎熬，

願他的名流芳百世，如日長存。願萬國都因他而蒙福，都稱頌他。

祂像嫩芽一樣在耶和華面前長大，像生長在旱地裡的根。祂沒有軒昂俊美的外表可以吸引我們，沒有令我們羡慕的容貌。

你要對被囚禁的人說，『出來吧！』要對暗牢中的人說，『你們自由了。』他們在路上必有吃的，光禿的山嶺必有食物。他們不再饑渴，也不再被熱風和烈日灼傷，因為憐憫他們的那位必引導他們，領他們到泉水邊。

必有一個嬰兒為我們誕生，有一個孩子要賜給我們。祂必統治我們，祂被稱為奇妙的策士、全能的上帝、永存的父、和平的君。

約書亞大祭司啊，你和坐在你面前的同伴們聽著，你們都是將來之事的預兆——我將使我僕人大衛的苗裔興起。
