我对恶人说：‘恶人哪，你必要死！’你若不开口警戒恶人，使他离开所行的道，这恶人必因自己的罪孽而死，我却要从你手里讨他的血债。

我若指着惡人說：「你必定死」，你若不告訴惡人而警告他離開他的行徑，那麼這惡人就必死在他的罪孽中，而流他血的罪呢、我卻要從你手裏追討。

我語惡人曰、惡者乎、爾必死、如爾不警之、使離其道、惡人必死於其罪、而我必索其血於爾、

我謂惡人必死、以告乎爾、如爾不示之、使彼悛改、則惡人將死於罪、而爾不能免於刑罰、

我言惡人必死、如爾不言以警惡人、使改悔其行、則惡人必死於罪、而其喪命之罪、我必責問於爾、而其喪命之罪我必責問於爾原文作而其血必討於爾手

When I say to the wicked,‘ You wicked person, you will surely die,’ and you do not speak out to dissuade them from their ways, that wicked person will die for their sin, and I will hold you accountable for their blood.

Suppose I say to a sinful person,‘ You can be sure that you will die.’ And suppose you do not try to get them to change their ways. Then they will die because they have sinned. And I will hold you responsible for their death.

If I say to the wicked, O wicked one, you shall surely die, and you do not speak to warn the wicked to turn from his way, that wicked person shall die in his iniquity, but his blood I will require at your hand.

If I announce that some wicked people are sure to die and you fail to tell them to change their ways, then they will die in their sins, and I will hold you responsible for their deaths.

If I say to the wicked,‘ Wicked one, you will surely die,’ but you do not speak out to warn him about his way, that wicked person will die for his iniquity, yet I will hold you responsible for his blood.

When I say to the wicked,‘ You wicked person, you will certainly die,’ and you do not speak to warn the wicked about his way, that wicked person shall die for his wrongdoing, but I will require his blood from your hand.

When I say to the wicked,‘ O wicked man, you shall surely die!’ and you do not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at your hand.

所以我今日向你们作证，你们中间无论何人死亡，罪不在我。因为神一切的旨意，我并没有退缩不传给你们的。

我对恶人说：‘你必死亡！’他若转离他的罪恶，行公平公义的事；

看哪，所有的生命都是属我的；父亲的生命怎样属我，儿子的生命也照样属我；然而犯罪的，他必定死。

倘若守望者见刀剑临到，却不吹角，以致百姓未受警戒，刀剑来杀了他们中间的一个人，这人虽然因自己的罪孽而死，我却要从守望者的手里讨他的血债。

至于他父亲，因为施行欺压，抢夺弟兄，在百姓中行不善，看哪，他必因自己的罪孽死亡。

恶人有祸了！他必遭灾难！因为他要按自己手所做的受报应。

惟有犯罪的，却必死亡。儿子不担当父亲的罪孽，父亲也不担当儿子的罪孽。义人的善果要归自己，恶人的恶报也要归自己。

“我们的父亲死在旷野。他没有与可拉同伙聚集攻击耶和华，是在自己的罪中死的；他没有儿子。

我就说：“唉！主耶和华，看哪，那些先知常对他们说：‘你们必不见刀剑，也不遭饥荒；耶和华要在这地方赏赐你们真正的平安。’”耶和华对我说：“那些先知托我的名说假预言，我并未差遣他们，没有吩咐他们，也没有对他们说话；他们向你们预言的是虚假的异象、占卜、虚无，以及心中的诡诈。所以耶和华如此说：‘论到托我名说预言的那些先知，我并未差遣他们；他们说这地不会有刀剑、饥荒，其实那些先知自己必被刀剑、饥荒灭绝。听他们说预言的百姓必因饥荒、刀剑被扔在耶路撒冷的街道上，无人埋葬。他们连妻子带儿女，都是如此。我必将他们的恶倒在他们身上。’”

他们轻忽地医治我百姓的损伤，说：‘平安了！平安了！’其实没有平安。他们行可憎之事，应当羞愧；然而他们却一点也不觉得羞愧，又不知羞耻。因此，他们必与仆倒的人一样仆倒；我惩罚他们的时候，他们必跌倒。这是耶和华说的。我必使他们全然灭绝；葡萄树上必没有葡萄，无花果树上没有果子，叶子也必枯干。我所赐给他们的，必离他们而去。这是耶和华说的。”

只是知善恶的树所出的，你不可吃，因为你吃它的日子必定死！”

蛇对女人说：“你们不一定死；

恶人却不得福乐，他的日子好像影儿不得长久，因为他不敬畏神。

我的手必攻击那见虚假异象、用谎诈占卜的先知，他们必不列在我百姓的会中，不录在以色列家的名册上，也不能进入以色列地；你们就知道我是主耶和华。他们诱惑我的百姓，说：‘平安！’其实没有平安，就像有人筑墙壁，看哪，他们倒去粉刷它。

“他若生了儿子，儿子作强盗，流人的血，作父亲的虽然未犯此过，儿子却对弟兄行了以上所说的恶，在山上吃祭物，污辱邻舍的妻；

击掌保证，恶人难免受罚；义人的后裔必得拯救。
