未受割之勇士、下於陰府、攜其軍械、首枕刀劍、白骨負罪、米設土巴必不與之同臥、以其生時為武士所懼也、

維彼二國、昔令英雄、悚然駭懼今與不潔之武士同亡、手執利器、首枕白刃、下陰府、負罪戾、

彼與不潔者、及已偃仆之強暴人同臥、非所宜乎、俱攜兵器下示阿勒、首枕刀劍、罪歸其身、蓋在生命地之時、逞強使人恐懼、

But they do not lie with the fallen warriors of old, who went down to the realm of the dead with their weapons of war— their swords placed under their heads and their shields resting on their bones— though these warriors also had terrorized the land of the living.

But they do not lie down with the other dead soldiers of long ago. Those soldiers and their weapons had gone down into the place of the dead. Their swords had been placed under their heads. Their shields rest on their bones. The soldiers of Meshek and Tubal do not lie down with them. This is true even though they had also spread terror while they were alive.

And they do not lie with the mighty, the fallen from among the uncircumcised, who went down to Sheol with their weapons of war, whose swords were laid under their heads, and whose iniquities are upon their bones; for the terror of the mighty men was in the land of the living.

They are not buried in honor like their fallen heroes, who went down to the grave with their weapons— their shields covering their bodies and their swords beneath their heads. Their guilt rests upon them because they brought terror to everyone while they were still alive.

列国的君王都在荣耀中安睡，各在自己的坟墓里。但你要从你的坟墓中被逐出，好像一根被厌弃的树枝，你被那些遭刀剑所杀的人掩盖，就是那些被抛到坑中石头那里的人。你就像一具遭人践踏的尸体。

他的骨头虽然充满青春活力，却必与他一同躺卧在尘土中。

勇士中最强的必在阴间论到埃及和帮助埃及的说：‘他们已经下来了，他们与没有受割礼的，就是被刀所杀的人，一起长眠。’

不然，我早已躺下安息，与世上那些为自己建造陵墓的君王和谋士同睡，或与那些拥有黄金，房屋装满银子的王侯同眠。

他以咒诅当作衣服穿上，咒诅就像水一般进入他的内脏，像油一样进入他的骨头。

唯独犯罪的，才会灭亡；儿子必不担当父亲的罪孽，父亲也必不担当儿子的罪孽；义人的义必归他自己，恶人的恶也必归他自己。

耶和华啊！你的仇敌必灭亡，你的仇敌必定灭亡；所有作孽的都必被分散。

恶人必因自己所行的恶事被推倒，义人死的时候仍有所倚靠。

因为我们作战所用的兵器，不是属于这世界的，而是在神面前有能力的，可以攻陷坚固的堡垒，

他们好像羊群被派定下阴间；死亡必作他们的牧人。到了早晨，正直人要管辖他们；他们的形体必被阴间消灭，他们再没有住处。

为攻击你而制成的武器，都没有效用；在审判的时候兴起来与你争辩的舌头，你都必定它为有罪。这是耶和华众仆人的产业，他们的义是从我而得；这是耶和华说的。

所以我对你们说，你们要在自己的罪中死亡；你们若不信我就是‘那一位’，就要在自己的罪中死亡。”

恶人虽好像草一样繁茂，所有作孽的人虽然兴旺，他们都要永远灭亡。
