“ Elam is there, with all her hordes around her grave. All of them are slain, fallen by the sword. All who had spread terror in the land of the living went down uncircumcised to the earth below. They bear their shame with those who go down to the pit.

好使你担当自己的羞辱，为所做的一切抱愧，让她们得到安慰。

闪的儿子是以拦、亚述、亚法撒、路德、亚兰。

犹大王西底家登基的时候，耶和华论以拦的话临到耶利米先知，说：“万军之耶和华如此说：看哪，我必折断以拦人的弓，那是他们战斗的主力。我要使风从天的四方刮来，临到以拦，将他们分散四方。以拦被赶散的人没有一国不到的。我必使以拦人在仇敌和寻索其命的人面前惊惶；我也必使灾祸，就是我的烈怒临到他们，又必使刀剑追杀他们，直到将他们灭尽。这是耶和华说的。我要在以拦设立我的宝座，在那里除灭君王和官长。这是耶和华说的。“到末后，我却要使被掳的以拦人归回。这是耶和华说的。”

“人子啊，你要为埃及的军队哀号，把他们和强盛之国一同扔到地底下，与那些下到地府的人在一起。

那时，我要使你和下到地府的人同去，到古时候的人那里；我要使你和下到地府的人一同住在地的深处，在久已荒废的地方，使你那里不再有人居住；我要在活人之地显荣耀。

人为它和它的军队在被杀的人中设立床榻，四围都是坟墓；他们都是未受割礼被刀所杀的，曾在活人之地使人惊恐；他们与下到地府的人一同担当羞辱。以拦已列在被杀的人中。

所以，你要指着以色列地说预言，对大山小冈、水沟山谷说，主耶和华如此说：看哪，我在妒忌和愤怒中宣布：因你们曾受列国的羞辱，所以我起誓说，你们四围的列国要担当自己的羞辱。这是主耶和华说的。

当暗拉非作示拿王，亚略作以拉撒王，基大老玛作以拦王，提达作戈印王的时候，

他们不可亲近我，作事奉我的祭司，也不可挨近我任何一件圣物，就是至圣的物；他们却要担当自己的羞辱和所行可憎之事的报应。

我将他们从万民中领回，从仇敌之地召来，在许多国家的眼前，在他们身上显为圣，他们在本地安然居住，无人使他们惊吓，那时，他们要担当自己的羞辱和干犯我的一切罪。

我必为他们建立闻名的栽种之地；他们在境内就不再为饥荒所灭，也不再受列国的羞辱。

心利的诸王、以拦的诸王、玛代的诸王、

为了要使水边的树木枝干不再长高，树顶也不再高耸入云；那些得水滋润的，不再屹立于其中。因为它们和下到地府的人一起，都被交与死亡，到了地底下。”

你满受羞辱，不得荣耀；你也喝吧，显明你是未受割礼的！耶和华右手的杯必传到你那里，你的荣耀就变为羞辱。

当那日，主必再度伸手救回自己百姓中所剩余的，就是在亚述、埃及、巴特罗、古实、以拦、示拿、哈马，并众海岛所剩下的。

智慧的价值无人能知，活人之地也无处可寻。

我在异象中观看，见自己在以拦省书珊的城堡中；我在异象中又见自己在乌莱河边。

强壮的勇士要在阴间对埃及王和他的盟友说话；他们未受割礼，被刀剑所杀，已经坠落躺下。

“从我们幼年以来，那可耻之物吞吃了我们祖先劳碌得来的，就是他们的羊群、牛群和他们的儿女。我们在羞耻中躺卧吧！愿惭愧将我们遮盖！因为从我们幼年以来，我们和我们的祖先都得罪了耶和华—我们的神，没有听从耶和华—我们神的话。”

我使你不再听见列国的羞辱；你必不再受万民的辱骂，也不再使国民绊跌。这是主耶和华说的。”
