The strong among the mighty will speak to him out of the middle of Sheol with those who help him. They have gone down. The uncircumcised lie still, slain by the sword.

From within the realm of the dead the mighty leaders will say of Egypt and her allies,‘ They have come down and they lie with the uncircumcised, with those killed by the sword.’

The mighty leaders who are already in the place of the dead will talk about Egypt. They will also speak about the nations that were going to help it. They will say,‘ They have come down here. They are lying down with those who had not been circumcised. They are here with those who were killed by swords.’

The mighty chiefs shall speak of them, with their helpers, out of the midst of Sheol:‘ They have come down, they lie still, the uncircumcised, slain by the sword.’

Down in the grave mighty leaders will mockingly welcome Egypt and its allies, saying,‘ They have come down; they lie among the outcasts, hordes slaughtered by the sword.’

Warrior leaders will speak from the middle of Sheol about him and his allies:‘ They have come down; the uncircumcised lie slain by the sword.’

The strong among the mighty ones shall speak of him and his helpers from the midst of Sheol:‘ They have gone down, they lie still, the uncircumcised, killed by the sword.’

The strong among the mighty Shall speak to him out of the midst of hell With those who help him:‘ They have gone down, They lie with the uncircumcised, slain by the sword.’

The strong among the mighty shall speak to him out of the midst of Sheol with them that help him: they are gone down, they lie still, even the uncircumcised, slain by the sword.

Warrior leaders will speak from the middle of Sheol about him and his allies: They have come down; the uncircumcised lie slain by the sword.

The bravest of the warriors will speak to him from the midst of Sheol along with his allies, saying:‘ The uncircumcised have come down; they lie still, killed by the sword.’

Sheol from beneath has moved for you to meet you at your coming. It stirs up the departed spirits for you, even all the rulers of the earth. It has raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations.They all will answer and ask you,“ Have you also become as weak as we are? Have you become like us?”

They will not lie with the mighty who are fallen of the uncircumcised, who have gone down to Sheol with their weapons of war, and have laid their swords under their heads, and their iniquities are on their bones; for they were the terror of the mighty in the land of the living.

The wicked is brought down in his calamity, but in death, the righteous has a refuge.

In Hades, he lifted up his eyes, being in torment, and saw Abraham far off, and Lazarus at his bosom.He cried and said,‘ Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue! For I am in anguish in this flame.’

The strong will be like tinder, and his work like a spark. They will both burn together, and no one will quench them.”

But if Yahweh makes a new thing, and the ground opens its mouth, and swallows them up with all that belong to them, and they go down alive into Sheol, then you shall understand that these men have despised Yahweh.”As he finished speaking all these words, the ground that was under them split apart.The earth opened its mouth and swallowed them up with their households, all of Korah’s men, and all their goods.So they, and all that belonged to them went down alive into Sheol. The earth closed on them, and they perished from among the assembly.All Israel that were around them fled at their cry; for they said,“ Lest the earth swallow us up!”

The wicked shall be turned back to Sheol, even all the nations that forget God.

Let death come suddenly on them. Let them go down alive into Sheol. For wickedness is among them, in their dwelling.

“ There is Elam and all her multitude around her grave; all of them slain, fallen by the sword, who have gone down uncircumcised into the lower parts of the earth, who caused their terror in the land of the living, and have borne their shame with those who go down to the pit.They have set her a bed among the slain with all her multitude. Her graves are around her; all of them uncircumcised, slain by the sword; for their terror was caused in the land of the living, and they have borne their shame with those who go down to the pit. He is put among those who are slain.

Whom do you pass in beauty? Go down, and be laid with the uncircumcised.
