“ Son of man, lament for the hordes of Egypt and bring it down, her and the daughters of the mighty nations, to the netherworld, with those who go down to the pit;

“人子啊，你要为埃及群众哀号，又要将埃及和有名之国的女子，并下坑的人，一同扔到阴府去。

“人子啊，你要为埃及的军队哀号，把他们和强盛之国一同扔到地底下，与那些下到地府的人在一起。

“人子啊，你要为埃及的军队哀号，把他们和强盛之国一同扔到地底下，与那些下到地府的人在一起。

“人子啊，为埃及的百姓哀哭吧！我要把她与各强国的人民一同送入阴间。

“人子啊！你要为埃及的众民哀号，要把埃及和强国的女子，与下坑的人一同送到地府那里。

「人子啊，你要為埃及羣眾哀號，又要將埃及和有名之國的女子，並下坑的人，一同扔到陰府去。

「人子啊，你要為埃及的軍隊哀號，把他們和強盛之國一同扔到地底下，與那些下到地府的人在一起。

「人子啊，你要為埃及的軍隊哀號，把他們和強盛之國一同扔到地底下，與那些下到地府的人在一起。

「人子啊，為埃及的百姓哀哭吧！我要把她與各強國的人民一同送入陰間。

“人子啊！你要為埃及的眾民哀號，要把埃及和強國的女子，與下坑的人一同送到地府那裡。

『人子啊，你要為埃及的眾民而哀號哦，將他們、將埃及和大有威力的列國哭喪女、都送下地府之最低處，跟那些下了陰坑的人在一起哦！

人子歟、當為埃及民眾哀悼、且與名邦之女、陷之於地之深處、與入墓之人相偕、

人子、當言未來事、曰、埃及眾庶、與諸名邦、必遭敗北、下窀穸、入陰府、爾當為之作哀歌曰、

人子、當為伊及與其眾庶哀嘆、預言伊及、必與強盛之他邦、同下示阿勒、與下於墓者偕、

“ Son of man, wail for the hordes of Egypt and consign to the earth below both her and the daughters of mighty nations, along with those who go down to the pit.

“ Son of man, weep over the huge army of Egypt. Tell the Egyptians they will go down into the earth below. The women singers from the other mighty nations will go down into the grave along with them and others.

“ Son of man, wail over the multitude of Egypt, and send them down, her and the daughters of majestic nations, to the world below, to those who have gone down to the pit:

“ Son of man, weep for the hordes of Egypt and for the other mighty nations. For I will send them down to the world below in company with those who descend to the pit.

“ Son of man, wail over the hordes of Egypt and bring Egypt and the daughters of mighty nations down to the underworld, to be with those who descend to the Pit:

“ Son of man, wail over the multitude of Egypt, And cast them down to the depths of the earth, Her and the daughters of the famous nations, With those who go down to the Pit:

Son of man, wail for the multitude of Egypt, and cast them down, even her, and the daughters of the famous nations, unto the nether parts of the earth, with them that go down into the pit.

“ Son of man, wail over the hordes of Egypt and bring Egypt and the daughters of mighty nations down to the underworld, to be with those who descend to the Pit:

Son of man, wail for the multitude of Egypt, and cast them down,[ even] her, and the daughters of the famous nations, unto the nether parts of the earth, with them that go down into the pit.

“ Son of man, wail over the horde of Egypt. Bring it down; bring her and the daughters of powerful nations down to the lower parts of the earth, along with those who descend to the pit.

“ Son of man, wail for the multitude of Egypt, and cast them down, even her and the daughters of the famous nations, to the lower parts of the earth, with those who go down into the pit.

so that all the trees by the waters will not be exalted in their stature, nor put their tops among the clouds, nor will any of their well watered mighty ones stand straight in their height. For they have all been turned over to death, to the earth beneath, among mankind, with those who go down to the pit.”

“ Son of man, take up a song of mourning over Pharaoh king of Egypt, and say to him,‘ You compared yourself to a young lion of the nations, Yet you are like the monster in the seas; And you burst forth in your rivers And muddied the waters with your feet And fouled their rivers.’ ”

See, I have appointed you this day over the nations and over the kingdoms, To root out and to tear down, To destroy and to overthrow, To build and to plant.”

Because of this I must mourn and wail, I must go barefoot and naked; I must do mourning like the jackals, And a mourning like the ostriches.

This is a song of mourning, and they shall sing it. The daughters of the nations shall sing it. Over Egypt and over all her hordes they shall sing it,” declares the Lord God.

And it was like the appearance of the vision which I saw, like the vision which I saw when He came to destroy the city. And the visions were like the vision which I saw by the river Chebar; and I fell on my face.

then I will bring you down with those who go down to the pit, to the people of old, and I will make you remain in the lower parts of the earth, like the ancient ruins, with those who go down to the pit, so that you will not be inhabited; but I will put glory in the land of the living.

I made the nations quake from the sound of its fall when I made it go down to Sheol with those who go down to the pit; and all the well watered trees of Eden, the choicest and best of Lebanon, were comforted in the earth beneath.

Therefore I will weep bitterly for Jazer, for the vine of Sibmah; I will drench you with my tears, Heshbon and Elealeh; For the shouting over your summer fruits and your harvest has fallen away.

Therefore I have cut them in pieces by the prophets; I have slain them by the words of My mouth; And the judgments on you are like the light that shines.

“ Elam is there and all her hordes around her grave; all of them killed, fallen by the sword, who went down uncircumcised to the lower parts of the earth, who inflicted their terror on the land of the living, and bore their disgrace with those who go down to the pit.They have made a bed for her among the slain with all her hordes. Her graves are around it, they are all uncircumcised, killed by the sword( although their terror was inflicted on the land of the living), and they bore their disgrace with those who go down to the pit; they were put in the midst of the slain.“ Meshech, Tubal, and all their hordes are there; their graves surround them. All of them were killed by the sword uncircumcised, though they inflicted their terror on the land of the living.Nor do they lie beside the fallen heroes of the uncircumcised, who went down to Sheol with their weapons of war and whose swords were placed under their heads; but the punishment for their wrongdoing rested on their bones, though the terror of these heroes was once in the land of the living.But in the midst of the uncircumcised you will be broken and lie with those killed by the sword.“ There also is Edom, its kings and all its princes, who despite all their might are laid with those killed by the sword; they will lie with the uncircumcised and with those who go down to the pit.“ There also are the chiefs of the north, all of them, and all the Sidonians, who in spite of the terror resulting from their might, in shame went down with the slain. So they lay down uncircumcised with those killed by the sword and bore their disgrace with those who go down to the pit.“ These Pharaoh will see, and he will find consolation regarding all his hordes killed by the sword, Pharaoh and all his army,” declares the Lord God.“ Though I inflicted the terror of him on the land of the living, yet he will be laid to rest among the uncircumcised along with those killed by the sword, Pharaoh and all his hordes,” declares the Lord God.

The strong among the mighty ones shall speak of him and his helpers from the midst of Sheol:‘ They have gone down, they lie still, the uncircumcised, killed by the sword.’

As for you, son of man, groan with a breaking heart and bitter grief; you shall groan in their sight.And when they say to you,‘ Why are you groaning?’ you shall say,‘ Because of the news, for it is coming; and every heart will melt, all hands will go limp, every spirit will be disheartened, and all knees will drip with water. Behold, it is coming and it will happen,’ declares the Lord God.”

Nevertheless you will be brought down to Sheol, To the recesses of the pit.

When He approached Jerusalem, He saw the city and wept over it,

Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep.

But those who seek my life to destroy it, Will go into the depths of the earth.

“ What gain is there in my blood, if I go down to the pit? Will the dust praise You? Will it declare Your faithfulness?
