Son of man, wail for the multitude of Egypt, and cast them down,[ even] her, and the daughters of the famous nations, unto the nether parts of the earth, with them that go down into the pit.

“人子啊，你要为埃及群众哀号，又要将埃及和有名之国的女子，并下坑的人，一同扔到阴府去。

“人子啊，你要为埃及的军队哀号，把他们和强盛之国一同扔到地底下，与那些下到地府的人在一起。

“人子啊，你要为埃及的军队哀号，把他们和强盛之国一同扔到地底下，与那些下到地府的人在一起。

“人子啊，为埃及的百姓哀哭吧！我要把她与各强国的人民一同送入阴间。

“人子啊！你要为埃及的众民哀号，要把埃及和强国的女子，与下坑的人一同送到地府那里。

「人子啊，你要為埃及羣眾哀號，又要將埃及和有名之國的女子，並下坑的人，一同扔到陰府去。

「人子啊，你要為埃及的軍隊哀號，把他們和強盛之國一同扔到地底下，與那些下到地府的人在一起。

「人子啊，為埃及的百姓哀哭吧！我要把她與各強國的人民一同送入陰間。

人子、當為伊及與其眾庶哀嘆、預言伊及、必與強盛之他邦、同下示阿勒、與下於墓者偕、

“ Son of man, wail for the hordes of Egypt and consign to the earth below both her and the daughters of mighty nations, along with those who go down to the pit.

“ Son of man, weep over the huge army of Egypt. Tell the Egyptians they will go down into the earth below. The women singers from the other mighty nations will go down into the grave along with them and others.

“ Son of man, wail over the multitude of Egypt, and send them down, her and the daughters of majestic nations, to the world below, to those who have gone down to the pit:

“ Son of man, weep for the hordes of Egypt and for the other mighty nations. For I will send them down to the world below in company with those who descend to the pit.

“ Son of man, wail over the hordes of Egypt and bring Egypt and the daughters of mighty nations down to the underworld, to be with those who descend to the Pit:

“ Son of man, lament for the hordes of Egypt and bring it down, her and the daughters of the mighty nations, to the netherworld, with those who go down to the pit;

“ Son of man, wail over the multitude of Egypt, And cast them down to the depths of the earth, Her and the daughters of the famous nations, With those who go down to the Pit:

Son of man, wail for the multitude of Egypt, and cast them down, even her, and the daughters of the famous nations, unto the nether parts of the earth, with them that go down into the pit.

“ Son of man, wail over the hordes of Egypt and bring Egypt and the daughters of mighty nations down to the underworld, to be with those who descend to the Pit:

“ Son of man, wail over the horde of Egypt. Bring it down; bring her and the daughters of powerful nations down to the lower parts of the earth, along with those who descend to the pit.

“ Son of man, wail for the multitude of Egypt, and cast them down, even her and the daughters of the famous nations, to the lower parts of the earth, with those who go down into the pit.

To the end that none of all the trees by the waters exalt themselves for their height, neither shoot up their top among the thick boughs, neither their trees stand up in their height, all that drink water: for they are all delivered unto death, to the nether parts of the earth, in the midst of the children of men, with them that go down to the pit.

Son of man, take up a lamentation for Pharaoh king of Egypt, and say unto him, Thou art like a young lion of the nations, and thou[ art] as a whale in the seas: and thou camest forth with thy rivers, and troubledst the waters with thy feet, and fouledst their rivers.

See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.

Therefore I will wail and howl, I will go stripped and naked: I will make a wailing like the dragons, and mourning as the owls.

This[ is] the lamentation wherewith they shall lament her: the daughters of the nations shall lament her: they shall lament for her,[ even] for Egypt, and for all her multitude, saith the Lord GOD.

And[ it was] according to the appearance of the vision which I saw,[ even] according to the vision that I saw when I came to destroy the city: and the visions[ were] like the vision that I saw by the river Chebar; and I fell upon my face.

When I shall bring thee down with them that descend into the pit, with the people of old time, and shall set thee in the low parts of the earth, in places desolate of old, with them that go down to the pit, that thou be not inhabited; and I shall set glory in the land of the living;

I made the nations to shake at the sound of his fall, when I cast him down to hell with them that descend into the pit: and all the trees of Eden, the choice and best of Lebanon, all that drink water, shall be comforted in the nether parts of the earth.

Therefore I will bewail with the weeping of Jazer the vine of Sibmah: I will water thee with my tears, O Heshbon, and Elealeh: for the shouting for thy summer fruits and for thy harvest is fallen.

Therefore have I hewed[ them] by the prophets; I have slain them by the words of my mouth: and thy judgments[ are as] the light[ that] goeth forth.

There[ is] Elam and all her multitude round about her grave, all of them slain, fallen by the sword, which are gone down uncircumcised into the nether parts of the earth, which caused their terror in the land of the living; yet have they borne their shame with them that go down to the pit.They have set her a bed in the midst of the slain with all her multitude: her graves[ are] round about him: all of them uncircumcised, slain by the sword: though their terror was caused in the land of the living, yet have they borne their shame with them that go down to the pit: he is put in the midst of[ them that be] slain.There[ is] Meshech, Tubal, and all her multitude: her graves[ are] round about him: all of them uncircumcised, slain by the sword, though they caused their terror in the land of the living.And they shall not lie with the mighty[ that are] fallen of the uncircumcised, which are gone down to hell with their weapons of war: and they have laid their swords under their heads, but their iniquities shall be upon their bones, though[ they were] the terror of the mighty in the land of the living.Yea, thou shalt be broken in the midst of the uncircumcised, and shalt lie with[ them that are] slain with the sword.There[ is] Edom, her kings, and all her princes, which with their might are laid by[ them that were] slain by the sword: they shall lie with the uncircumcised, and with them that go down to the pit.There[ be] the princes of the north, all of them, and all the Zidonians, which are gone down with the slain; with their terror they are ashamed of their might; and they lie uncircumcised with[ them that be] slain by the sword, and bear their shame with them that go down to the pit.Pharaoh shall see them, and shall be comforted over all his multitude,[ even] Pharaoh and all his army slain by the sword, saith the Lord GOD.For I have caused my terror in the land of the living: and he shall be laid in the midst of the uncircumcised with[ them that are] slain with the sword,[ even] Pharaoh and all his multitude, saith the Lord GOD.

The strong among the mighty shall speak to him out of the midst of hell with them that help him: they are gone down, they lie uncircumcised, slain by the sword.

Sigh therefore, thou son of man, with the breaking of[ thy] loins; and with bitterness sigh before their eyes.And it shall be, when they say unto thee, Wherefore sighest thou? that thou shalt answer, For the tidings; because it cometh: and every heart shall melt, and all hands shall be feeble, and every spirit shall faint, and all knees shall be weak[ as] water: behold, it cometh, and shall be brought to pass, saith the Lord GOD.

Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.

And when he was come near, he beheld the city, and wept over it,

Rejoice with them that do rejoice, and weep with them that weep.

But those[ that] seek my soul, to destroy[ it], shall go into the lower parts of the earth.

What profit[ is there] in my blood, when I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise thee? shall it declare thy truth?
