我要使尼罗河干涸，把土地卖给恶人，我要借外族人的手使地和地上的一切都荒废，这是我耶和华说的。’

I will dry up the waters of the Nile and sell the land to an evil nation; by the hand of foreigners I will lay waste the land and everything in it. I the Lord have spoken.

And I will dry up the Nile and will sell the land into the hand of evildoers; I will bring desolation upon the land and everything in it, by the hand of foreigners; I am the Lord; I have spoken.

耶和华说：“我的子民啊，我要为你们申冤，替你们报仇；我要使巴比伦的江河枯竭，泉源干涸。

第六位天使将碗倒在幼发拉底大河上，河水立刻干了，为东方各国的王预备了道路。

耶和华向他们发怒，使他们遭到掠夺者的攻击和四周仇敌的压制，毫无抵抗之力。

我必将埃及人交给一位残忍的主人，一位暴君必统治他们。”这是主——万军之耶和华说的。尼罗河必枯竭，河床必干涸。河流必发臭，埃及的河流逐渐枯竭。芦荻和灯心草必枯死，尼罗河两岸青草枯黄，田地龟裂，庄稼被风吹去，荡然无存。所有在尼罗河下钩的渔夫都哀哭悲伤，在河上撒网的人都伤痛。纺纱织布的人一筹莫展，感到绝望。埃及的显贵都没落，靠工钱维生的人都忧心忡忡。

外族人，就是列邦中最残暴的人要把它砍倒，丢弃在那里，它折断的枝干散落在山间和河谷中。世上各族都离开它的荫下，

你要像未受割礼的人那样死在外族人手中。’这是主耶和华说的。”

我对深海说，‘枯干吧！我要使你的河流干涸’；

旱灾必临到巴比伦，使那里的河流干涸，因为那里偶像遍地，人们都沉迷于祭拜神像。

使埃及一片荒凉。这样，他们就知道我是耶和华。因为你说这尼罗河属于你，是你造的。因此，我要攻击你和你的河流，使埃及从密夺到色弗尼，一直到古实的边界全都荒废。

因为世界和其中的万物都属于主。
