如爾示義人、使不犯罪、聽爾訓悔、彼可得生、爾亦無咎、

倘若你警戒义人，使他不犯罪，他就不犯罪；他因受警戒就必存活，你也救自己脱离了罪。”

But if you do warn the righteous person not to sin and they do not sin, they will surely live because they took warning, and you will have saved yourself.”

But suppose you do warn a godly person not to sin. And they do not sin. Then you can be sure that they will live because they listened to your warning. And you will have saved yourself.”

爾當儆醒、憶我三年不舍晝夜、涕泣以勸爾眾、

然彼得至安提阿時、有可責處、我面詰之、蓋雅各遣人未至、彼得與異邦人同食、及至、彼得畏受割者、則出而避之、其餘猶太人相率為偽、誘巴拿巴、亦效尤焉、

爾操傳道之權、當以此勸誨、督責乎眾、勿為人所輕視、

我傳此道、以智勸誨諸人、欲使諸人盡知基督耶穌之道、立於上帝前、

慾不可縱、傷乃良朋、主必伸其冤、我素丁寧告爾、上帝命我為潔淨、毋為邪穢、如拒此命、不第拒人、乃拒上帝、且上帝以厥聖神賜於我儕、

與主心交、則不犯罪、犯罪者、未見主、未識主、小子、勿為人所惑、行義者即義如主焉、魔鬼自始犯罪、故犯罪者屬魔鬼、上帝子顯著、以敗魔鬼之行、由上帝而重生者不犯罪、因上帝道存於厥衷、由上帝重生、故不犯罪、

故當滅去人欲、即淫行、污穢、比頑童、邪僻、貪婪、貪婪與拜偶像一也、以此故上帝怒不信之人、爾生於其間、曾行之、今則去忿怒、暴戾、而謗讟淫辭、不出於口、

然則自以為立者、宜慎勿傾也、

我念主勸爾、勿效異邦人所行、志意虛妄、心思蒙昧、頑囂無知、棄上帝生命之道、失其本心、逞一己邪侈、行惡無度、爾學基督不如是、蓋爾聞而受教、順耶穌真理、

余書此、非以愧爾、乃勸爾、如吾愛子、

我勸兄弟、儆彼無度、勵厥志餒、信未篤者堅之、御眾以寛、

加百杖於愚人、受之易忘、獻一箴於智者、念之弗失。

我為爾僕、得此兮為儆戒、守此兮為大賚、

蓋將有偽基督偽先知者起、大施異跡奇事、使得以惑選民、則惑之矣、我與爾先言之、

訓迪智人、則其智日加、指示義人、則其學日進。

素以基督恩召爾者、爾何背之速、而從他福音耶、是我所異也、此非福音也、但有人惑爾、欲紛更基督福音、或我儕、或天使、傳福音與爾、異於我所傳者、必見絕也、我曾言之、今復言之、若人傳福音、異於爾所受者、亦必見絕也、今我豈要人乎、要上帝乎、抑求悅於人乎、若求悅於人、則不能為基督僕、

慎乃身、謹乃教、恆于斯、則可救己、亦救聽者、

見愛於我者、我譴責之、故當銳志悔改、

我保羅語爾、若割禮可恃、則基督無益、我復言之、受割者宜守全法、恃法稱義者、棄基督、絕恩道、我儕賴聖神、望以信而稱義、蓋宗基督耶穌者、受割不受割、皆無益、惟信主而行仁者有益、爾素力行、誰阻爾不順真理乎、

如爾示惡人、而彼怙過不悛、則彼雖死於罪、爾可免於刑罰。如義人棄善作惡、我任其陷罪、至於死亡、彼所為之善不復繫念、死於罪戾、爾既不示之、我亦必罰爾。

當知使罪人去邪反正、則可救一人弗死、且可蓋其愆也、

爾知貪婪與拜偶像者、一也、其與淫行、污穢、皆不得基督及上帝國、勿為虛言所誘、以此故、上帝怒不信之人、
