Nevertheless if thou warn the righteous man, that the righteous sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely live, because he took warning; and thou hast delivered thy soul.

Put to death therefore your members which are upon the earth: fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry;for which things’ sake cometh the wrath of God upon the sons of disobedience:wherein ye also once walked, when ye lived in these things;but now do ye also put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, railing, shameful speaking out of your mouth:

Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.

This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye no longer walk as the Gentiles also walk, in the vanity of their mind,being darkened in their understanding, alienated from the life of God, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the hardening of their heart;who being past feeling gave themselves up to lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.But ye did not so learn Christ;if so be that ye heard him, and were taught in him, even as truth is in Jesus:

I write not these things to shame you, but to admonish you as my beloved children.

And we exhort you, brethren, admonish the disorderly, encourage the fainthearted, support the weak, be longsuffering toward all.

A rebuke entereth deeper into one that hath understanding Than a hundred stripes into a fool.

Moreover by them is thy servant warned: In keeping them there is great reward.

For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; so as to lead astray, if possible, even the elect.Behold, I have told you beforehand.

Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser: Teach a righteous man, and he will increase in learning.

I marvel that ye are so quickly removing from him that called you in the grace of Christ unto a different gospel;which is not another gospel: only there are some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ.But though we, or an angel from heaven, should preach unto you any gospel other than that which we preached unto you, let him be anathema.As we have said before, so say I now again, If any man preacheth unto you any gospel other than that which ye received, let him be anathema.For am I now seeking the favor of men, or of God? or am I striving to please men? if I were still pleasing men, I should not be a servant of Christ.

Take heed to thyself, and to thy teaching. Continue in these things; for in doing this thou shalt save both thyself and them that hear thee.

As many as I love, I reprove and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.

Behold, I Paul say unto you, that, if ye receive circumcision, Christ will profit you nothing.Yea, I testify again to every man that receiveth circumcision, that he is a debtor to do the whole law.Ye are severed from Christ, ye who would be justified by the law; ye are fallen away from grace.For we through the Spirit by faith wait for the hope of righteousness.For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth anything, nor uncircumcision; but faith working through love.Ye were running well; who hindered you that ye should not obey the truth?

Yet if thou warn the wicked, and he turn not from his wickedness, nor from his wicked way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.Again, when a righteous man doth turn from his righteousness, and commit iniquity, and I lay a stumblingblock before him, he shall die: because thou hast not given him warning, he shall die in his sin, and his righteous deeds which he hath done shall not be remembered; but his blood will I require at thy hand.

let him know, that he who converteth a sinner from the error of his way shall save a soul from death, and shall cover a multitude of sins.

For this ye know of a surety, that no fornicator, nor unclean person, nor covetous man, who is an idolater, hath any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and God.Let no man deceive you with empty words: for because of these things cometh the wrath of God upon the sons of disobedience.
