You have made mankind like the fish of the sea, like marine creatures that have no ruler.The Chaldeans pull them all up with a hook, catch them in their dragnet, and gather them in their fishing net; that is why they are glad and rejoice.

Can you pull in Leviathan with a hook or tie his tongue down with a rope?Can you put a cord through his nose or pierce his jaw with a hook?

The Lord God has sworn by His holiness: Look, the days are coming when you will be taken away with hooks, every last one of you with fishhooks.
