“ When Nebuchadnezzar wins the battle over Egypt, I will make the Israelites strong again. Ezekiel, I will open your mouth. And you will be able to speak to them. Then they will know that I am the Lord.”

“ On that day I will make a horn grow for the Israelites, and I will open your mouth among them. Then they will know that I am the Lord.”

“ On that day I will cause a horn to spring up for the house of Israel, and I will open your lips among them. Then they will know that I am the Lord.”

“ And the day will come when I will cause the ancient glory of Israel to revive, and then, Ezekiel, your words will be respected. Then they will know that I am the Lord.”

“ In that day I will cause a horn to sprout for the house of Israel, and I will enable you to speak out among them. Then they will know that I am the LORD.”

“ On that day I will make a horn sprout for the house of Israel, and I will open your mouth among them. Then they will know that I am the Lord.”

‘ In that day I will cause the horn of the house of Israel to spring forth, and I will open your mouth to speak in their midst. Then they shall know that I am the Lord.’”

In that day will I cause a horn to bud forth unto the house of Israel, and I will give thee the opening of the mouth in the midst of them; and they shall know that I am Jehovah.

On that day I will make Israel powerful, and I will give you the right to be heard among them. Then they will know that I am the LORD.”

“ In that day I will cause a horn to sprout for the house of Israel, and I will open your mouth among them. Then they will know that I am Yahweh.”

At that time I will open your mouth. Then you will no longer be silent. You will speak with the man. That will show them what will happen to them. And they will know that I am the Lord.”

The evening before the man arrived, the power of the Lord came on me. He opened my mouth before the man came to me in the morning. So my mouth was opened. I was no longer silent.

“ Here in Jerusalem I will raise up a mighty king from the family of David. I will set up the lamp of David’s kingdom for my anointed king. Its flame will burn brightly forever.

The Lord and King never does anything without telling his servants the prophets about it.A lion has roared. Who isn’t afraid? The Lord and King has spoken. Who can do anything but prophesy?

He has acted with great power and has saved us. He did it for those who are from the family line of his servant David.

Those who oppose the Lord will be totally destroyed. The Most High God will thunder from heaven. The Lord will judge the earth from one end to the other.“ He will give power to his king. He will give honor to his anointed one.”

I will give you words of wisdom. None of your enemies will be able to withstand them or prove them wrong.

You have made me as strong as a wild ox. You have poured the finest olive oil on me.

“ A new day is coming,” announces the Lord.“ At that time I will raise up for David’s royal line a godly Branch. He will be a King who will rule wisely. He will do what is fair and right in the land.

The Lord and King says,“ I will gather the people of Israel together from the nations where they have been scattered. That will prove that I am holy. I will let the nations see it. Then Israel will live in their own land. I gave it to my servant Jacob.My people will live there in safety. They will build houses. They will plant vineyards. They will live in safety. I will punish all their neighbors who told lies about them. Then Israel will know that I am the Lord their God.”

I will make your tongue stick to the roof of your mouth. Then you will be silent. You will not be able to correct them. That’s because they always refuse to obey me.

In days to come, Jacob’s people will put down roots like a vine. Israel will bud and bloom. They will fill the whole world with fruit.

Lord, open my lips so that I can speak. Then my mouth will praise you.

Egypt will become a dry and empty desert. Then your people will know that I am the Lord.“ You said,‘ The Nile River belongs to me. I made it for myself.’

Pray for us too. Pray that God will give us an opportunity to preach our message. Then we can preach the mystery of Christ. Because I preached it, I am being held by chains.Pray that I will preach it clearly, as I should.

He has given his people a strong king. All his faithful people praise him for that gift. All the people of Israel are close to his heart. Praise the Lord.

They have spread their gifts around to poor people. Their good works continue forever. They will be powerful and honored.

Then everyone who lives in Egypt will know that I am the Lord.“‘ “You have been like a walking stick made out of a papyrus stem. The people of Israel tried to lean on you.

The people of Israel will no longer trust in Egypt. Instead, Egypt will remind them of how they sinned when they turned to it for help. Then they will know that I am the Lord and King.”
