I will turn Rabbah into a pasture for camels and Ammon into a resting place for sheep. Then you will know that I am the Lord.

一至亞捫之喇巴、一至猶大之耶路撒冷城垣。

約押攻亞捫族之喇巴、將取京都、

我燃火於埃及、凡助之者、既被殲滅、則知我乃耶和華。

使人尊我崇我、列邦目睹、俾知我乃耶和華。

宮闕毀圮、邑民離散、城堞戍樓、竟成荒竇、野驢遨遊、群畜嚙蒭、

惟如是凡厥庶民、咸知爾耶和華至高無二、治理寰宇兮。

爾之邦國、恆為荒墟、爾之城邑、無人居處、俾知我乃耶和華。

哩乏音族所存者、惟巴山王噩、其床以鐵為之、長九尺、廣四尺、布肘為度、今在亞捫人之喇巴有之。

群畜與四方之獸、必卧於其邑、鵜鶘毛蝟、必棲於柱頂、牖間聞鳥聲、門闕成坵墟、柏香木板俱已剝落、此乃淫佚之邑、僭稱主母、自謂莫之與京、今變荒蕪、獸伏其間、凡過之者、必作怨憤之聲、搖首不已。

以西結於爾為徵、視其所為、爾必為之、斯事既成、爾必知我乃主耶和華。

推羅屬邑、在平原者、必亡於刃、俾知我乃耶和華。

今禱我上帝耶和華、救我脫於其手、使天下列國、咸知耶和華獨為上帝。

主耶和華曰、摩押、西耳之人、譏訕猶大言彼無異異邦。
